07/03/2026: It's rare to find a perfect place. The location is beautiful and well-decorated. The staff is efficient and professional. The courses are served promptly. The wine list is excellent. The meat, from tartare to grilled meats, including some unusual cuts, is very good and well-served. The side dishes are excellent. The bill is reasonable. We'll definitely return.
19/02/2026: A charming location in the Valpolicella hills, the restaurant is meticulously maintained with a slightly rustic yet refined interior that makes the atmosphere even more welcoming. The staff is knowledgeable and hospitable. Excellent food, made with top-quality ingredients, not just the meat, which is excellent. Carefully plated dishes and well-chosen pairings are also included.
The wine list is well-stocked with unusual labels, making it the perfect place to enjoy a good wine and spend a special evening.

20/11/2025: My husband and I returned to the Castle to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, and we couldn't have made a better choice. We stayed in the same suite as a year ago, enjoyed the beautiful private spa, enjoyed a delicious dinner, and even took an interesting guided tour the next morning. For us, it's home, but always treated like a King and Queen!

22/02/2026: After two hours, we finally ate and left. For three people, one appetizer and three entrees was a bit too much. Avoid if you're looking for quick service. The food was good, and the waiters were friendly.
21/02/2026: Restaurant in Cisano, overlooking the lake. Open kitchen... a relaxing and romantic atmosphere. Perfect service, and very good dishes. Crispy and dry fried food. Wine prices are average.

18/01/2026: Unbeatable value for money in Montagnana.
Excellent food and restaurant, combining traditional local recipes and products with several excellent Apulian products.
I enjoyed pairing Montagnana prosciutto with Apulian focaccia with cherry tomatoes.
The duck bigoli were excellent. The house wine is an excellent Negramaro.
Furthermore, the service is friendly and attentive, with a wonderful waiter who makes all the difference.
We will definitely be back.
06/01/2026: A quick lunch at this place, which also sells excellent quality products, all from Italian producers in various regions. Needless to say, the Montagnana prosciutto was amazing!! The staff was super friendly and helpful.
I recommend it!

23/03/2026: I ordered a takeaway coffee. I paid and received a receipt, which I then had to give to the bar staff to have my coffee served. The bar staff served different people arbitrarily, regardless of whether someone had been standing for 20 minutes or three. No one approached me or took my receipt for over 20 minutes. Ultimately, I had to leave the register without my coffee because my flight had begun boarding.

08/01/2026: We've been to Mario's several times, and the pizza 🍕 is simply legendary. The small 33cm pizza is more like 40cm, and you'll definitely be full afterward. The price is very good. It's not a restaurant, just a takeaway pizza place.
The people are incredibly friendly and speak a little German.
04/12/2025: I visited this pizzeria back in September, and it was easily one of the best experiences I’ve had in Italy. The pizza was delicious, the service was incredibly fast, and the staff were genuinely kind. The prices were also surprisingly low for the quality.
What impressed me most was that they prepared 14 pizzas for us just two minutes before closing, even though they had already started packing up. They still served everything with a smile, and even let us stay on the chairs outside after closing for as long as we wanted to finish our food.
A truly wonderful place — highly recommended!

12/03/2026: How wonderful this small, quiet place is in a small square right by the lake.
A warm and welcoming atmosphere, and cuisine featuring many local and local products.
For starters, we ordered polenta medallions with pike in sauce, lasagna, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, and bigoli with lake sardines.
The desserts were excellent, and the bottle of Lugana from Olivini was remarkable.
The atmosphere is lovely, though a little cramped inside because it's always packed.

However, the menu isn't very varied for those who don't want to eat meat.
Furthermore, at checkout, having spent a considerable amount, we expected a complimentary liqueur as a courtesy and customary gesture.
When we pointed this out to the staff, we were rudely told they weren't required to do so.
01/03/2026: Nice atmosphere, good service, and the food quality is good.
The four of us spent €375, drinking two bottles of red Valpolicella, which was clearly decent.
We paid in cash.
No thank you, no amaro offered, and for the promised 1.3kg Florentine steak we requested, they charged us 1.7kg.
At the table, they told us the raw steak weighed 1.3kg.
The food is good, but be careful, they're trying to make as much money as they can.

The owners, though very busy, are smiling and kind to their numerous customers.
Illy coffee is always a guarantee, and the gelato is excellent.
Highly recommended!
11/11/2025: Four of us went to this gelateria, and it was a truly enjoyable experience! We loved the pardula gelato—simply delicious—and the coffee was excellent, too.
The lady at the counter was extremely kind, warm, and welcoming. She makes her gelato by hand, with passion, and offers unique flavors that only she can make.
We travel often and have tasted many gelatos in different places, but this is definitely one of the best we've ever had, and without a doubt the best in the Lake Garda area.
We'll definitely be back next time!
