Finding a restaurant that truly showcases vegetarian cuisine is never easy, but this place was a wonderful and delightful discovery! The food is exceptional, carefully prepared, and rich in flavor. Special thanks go to all the staff: extremely welcoming, attentive, kind, and always smiling. You feel pampered from start to finish. I will definitely be back and wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

A charming restaurant with a special atmosphere, one of my all-time favorites, where I returned for a business lunch. Everyone was pleasantly surprised and very satisfied, because all the dishes were exceptional, with recipes that were never predictable and expertly selected. Special mention goes to the expertly prepared fried foods and the selection of wines (including natural ones). 💚

We were warmly welcomed by Enrico. The service was impeccable thanks to Angela and Giorgia's friendliness, professionalism, and wit—qualities that are increasingly rare. The food was excellent, carefully prepared, and lived up to expectations. Also noteworthy is the excellent wine cellar, with a good selection. The restaurant's atmosphere is welcoming, familiar, and relaxing. We will definitely return and recommend it for its quality and unconventional menu. Compliments to the entire staff! 👏🍽️🍷

When my husband and I want to treat ourselves, we always come to Liberal. The cuisine is fresh, high-quality, and pays close attention to local ingredients. The service is always friendly, and the atmosphere is refined but not cloying. It's definitely a place I'd recommend to anyone looking for a dinner out that will reconnect with the world.

We and our guests were all delighted with the beauty of the table and the deliciousness and quality of all the courses. From appetizers to dessert, it was a journey of flavor. I couldn't recommend anything else. Special, carefully prepared and delicious appetizers, a special risotto, and the cake was a veritable explosion of deliciousness! Kudos to the service; everyone was so kind and accommodating to our requests. Enrico and the entire staff were exceptional! If you're in the area, stop by. It's worth it.
