On Easter Sunday at lunch they treated us in a superlative way in terms of service, courtesy, attention, the food was excellent they served a selection of local cured meats excellent in quality and quantity, accompanied by local cheeses and a superlative giardiniera, then for the first course a tasting of cappellacci or tortelli with butter and sage with ham, and reds with meat, in addition to cappellacci tatti co xucca

Couple's lunch.
Homemade, no-frills dishes, typical of a true village trattoria.
We start with a platter of cured meats and cheeses + 6 tigelle (typical flatbreads).
Followed by a tasting of tortellini and tortelli (see photo).
The owner is incredibly kind and makes every effort to please all her guests, including us. Fair prices and generous portions.

A very positive experience! We both had lunch at the restaurant and stayed at the B&B and had a wonderful time.
A special thanks to the man who looked after us: extremely kind, helpful, and attentive, both during the service at the restaurant and in showing us our room, providing helpful explanations and advice.
Excellent location and a very nice, cozy room, complete with everything we needed. The little extra touches, such as the availability of basic necessities and books, were also greatly appreciated.
Highly recommended!

The food blew us away, absolutely delicious! Pasta with cheese and pepper sauce, Merlot Riserva, and tiramisu – a must-try, incredibly tasty. The chef even brings the food from the kitchen, so authentic! 5 stars!

Unfortunately, we only stayed at Il Cavallino one night, but we found the Merlot room to be a truly relaxing, quiet, clean, and bright retreat. We enjoyed the simple yet delicious dishes at the restaurant. Traditional cuisine!
Everything was perfect! The staff were helpful, attentive, and friendly.
Parco Sigurtà and Borghetto are also nearby, making for an extremely pleasant stay.
We'll be back!
