04/09/2025: Good food, bad experience with the service. I'd asked for a pasta dish from the kids' menu since I wasn't very hungry and had been quite clear about wanting the children's portion even though I'm older. The dish arrived and looked like an adult portion, so I asked one of the waiters if it was the portion I'd asked for (for CHILDREN). She replied that she'd mistakenly given me the adult portion. She then told me to eat what I wanted and not to worry. I ate half the dish. Another waitress brought us the bill, which listed the price of the adult portion. I repeated that I'd asked for the portion that cost three euros less and left half the dish. The waitress rudely told me that that was the price on the bill and that if I didn't agree, she'd add the €3 from her wallet. I told her not to worry. When she brought us the change, I told her to be more careful when taking orders. Before I even finished my sentence, she opened her wallet and slapped the €3 on the table. Very rude. Mistakes can happen everywhere, but the way she "solved" them was completely out of place.

The flavors of the dishes we tried were good, but not particularly special. The eggplant was even a bit disappointing, tasting mostly of ketchup.

20/09/2025: We ate here on two consecutive nights the food was so good. On the second night the service was somewhat lacking as they had to cater for a large party. I would be more than happy to eat here again.

18/09/2025: Everything was perfect! The food was really good, and the prices were really reasonable! The setting was nice and cozy, rustic! The house wine was also very good, everything was just right here! I'd go back anytime!

20/09/2025: Hands down the best meal we had whilst in lake Garda and I'm still dreaming about their tiramisu. The entire meal was phenomenal, the service was fantastic and we felt the waitress couldn't do enough for us. Very child friendly and you can tell it's a favourite with the locals as it was absolutely packed on a week night. Prices were very reasonable for the quality of food and atmosphere. Only wish we got to visit a second time before coming home.

28/08/2025: A lovely Restaurant, very welcoming for a family of 5 (children aged 10, 12, 14). Risotto dishes (shrimp and anchovies) were delicious! Homemade Tiramisu was a great finishing delight!

30/08/2025: Excellent place, very welcoming and well-kept, super wine list and truly excellent selection of meats. Attentive and always present staff. The only criticism we would make is that a rib-eye steak paid €120 (€12 per pound), which was otherwise delicious, should be weighed in front of the customer. It was still a great experience. We'll be back!

30/08/2025: A rustic yet elegant inn nestled among the vineyards. Interesting menu, superb food. Wide selection of wines. Excellent value. Highly recommended.

07/07/2025: BW Hotel with swimming pool, about 4km from the center of Mantua; it can be reached from the train station with line 8 or by bike (car park); in this regard, nearby there is a part of the Valle del Mincio -Governolo cycle path. The hotel appears shabby on the outside, while inside it is pleasant to look at with works of art and meeting rooms, clean and tidy. We had dinner in the restaurant with a menu for guests (there is also a traditional menu revisited à la carte). Breakfast with a wide choice from vegan to intercontinental to traditional. We were welcomed with professionalism by the staff. Thank you.

14/09/2025: This is a pleasant smaller restaurant, only few meters away from the main central Venice tourism madness. We had light dinner and found the service professional and excellent, and food to match. The padrone is a real character! Recommended.

06/09/2025: The pizzeria is a 10-minute walk from the Verona Arena. The atmosphere is welcoming. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pizza is delicious. I highly recommend it.

04/08/2025: Thanks to a friend, we had the opportunity to try stockfish, and I'd say the experience was truly positive. Both in the risotto and as a main course with polenta, it was truly satisfying. The liter of house white wine in a carafe was also good. We'll be back as soon as possible.

13/08/2025: An excellent starting point for excursions within the Po Delta. Recently renovated hotel, spacious rooms with all the comforts. The staff is extremely friendly and makes you feel at home. The food is excellent, and the prices are in line with the service offered. We'll definitely return.
