A cozy and refined atmosphere, impeccable service, and a unique understanding of mixed drinks and spirits. After describing your taste preferences, they always recommend a cocktail/whiskey, a rum that pairs perfectly with them. Truly excellent.

I recommend it not only for the products they offer but also for the friendly and helpful staff, who were able to educate and explain the history of absinthe in a professional and thorough manner. From Milan to Bassano to discover a refined and welcoming place where I could taste absinthe served according to tradition. Bartender Andrea explained the ritual and history of this spirit, making the tasting more interesting and informative. It wasn't just about drinking something good, but understanding what we were drinking and why. A place where customer care and the culture of drinking make the difference.

We came here on the recommendation of friends. The main dining room is truly beautiful and unique. The menu is quite complicated, so we ended up choosing cocktails at random: mine was delicious, truly superb. My partner's was less so. Overall, a truly worthwhile experience. (If you're traveling with more than two people, it's definitely best to book.)
