What can I say... We've been coming to the Aosta Valley for two years, and Kiuva is our go-to! Affordable, beautifully large dishes, cooked simply but with great respect for tradition. The tasting menu and other set menus are all highly recommended. Chestnuts in butter, polenta concia, cotechino with boiled potatoes... You name it. Everything is mouth-watering... The cuisine is obviously quite heavy, but true to tradition and local culture... The shop inside the restaurant is beautiful. The staff is friendly and professional. The atmosphere is perhaps a little chaotic, but very cheerful and friendly. P.S. Lardo di Arnad with their honey... Wow.

I was there a few years ago and recently returned, and the quality is always excellent, as is the service and the authentic Aosta Valley atmosphere. Every time I pass by, I definitely stop here. Highly recommended.

Excellent experience with a tasting menu featuring quality products...fast and friendly service. Clean and air-conditioned environment. Sale of locally produced products: ice cream, cured meats, grappa, etc. Highly recommended.

09/08/2026: Everything was perfect. The welcome and service were impeccable, thanks to the truly kind and cheerful staff. The meals were delicious, especially the meat, which was truly excellent. The final highlight was the tiramisu in a jar, exquisite. Excellent value, recommended for a pleasant evening.

05/07/2026: The owner recommended excellent wine pairings. We tried three different main courses, and they were all excellent. The atmosphere was intimate and extremely refined. The service was worthy of the venue.
