Top-notch cuisine and fast service with very friendly staff. I ate excellent quality meat, cooked to perfection.

It looks nice inside. It is busy though, so reservations are recommended. We had a starter and, based on other reviews, also opted for the pizzas. Both the starter and the pizza were good. Plenty of staff. However, there was a bit too much background noise/noisy.

Excellent meal, with a special mention for the delicious pizza. Impeccable service from start to finish, attentive and professional. Very good wine as well. The staff speaks French and is happy to explain the regional specialties, which is much appreciated. They truly care about their customers, and even offer a complimentary limoncello at the end of the meal. An excellent restaurant in Aosta!

Really nice atmosphere and good service. Pizza and meat is excellent, stick to that, but the pasta and starters were really disappointing.

A unique venue in the pedestrian center of Aosta; unassuming on the outside, but bursting with life inside. The atmosphere is meticulously maintained and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. You're escorted to your table, and the menu offers another surprise: refined dishes, beautifully presented. All the flavors are evident. They also offer a truly special gourmet pizza menu. Wagyu-based dishes are featured. The wine list is illustrated and beautifully composed, with a variety of options. It's worth it; all this comes at a fair price. Reservations are recommended.

02/05/2026: The staff was extremely kind and knowledgeable about intolerances and allergies. The meat was delicious and melted in your mouth. We absolutely must return, and we'd definitely recommend it if you've never tried it before.
25/04/2026: I'm in Cogne for work and frequent Les Pertzes every day, where I eat divinely every day, from the simplest to the most elaborate dish, framed by a warm, family-like welcome, without obscuring the great professionalism, starting from the owners Manuele and Luisella to the dining room and kitchen staff. I think 5 stars are too small for you. To the others, I feel like saying, Moral of the Story: "In Life If You've Never Been To Les Pertzes, You Don't Know What Pertz Tea Is" I Love You!!! Pasquale

06/04/2026: The Easter Monday menu was carefully prepared in terms of both the dishes and the presentation, and as usual, the service and table settings were top-notch. Well done!
11/03/2026: We had dinner here on a Saturday evening and I must say we had a great time. The menu offered a wide selection of traditional dishes and game. The staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent location.
