I spent an entire afternoon standing in the outdoor area of ​​the restaurant and it is very worth it, for those who are used to spending weekends with the magnificent presence of alcohol, it is highly recommended, the staff very kind and courteous. If you pass through Verrès during the weekend, this place is highly recommended even just for a quick drink.

Very good price for value. We had local meat which was incredibly tasty and perfectly cooked. Highly recommend tagliata and fassona beef steaks. Staff was also very friendly and ambience modern, spacious and clean.

Abbiamo scoperto un ottimo ristorante in Valle d'Aosta. Abbiamo cenato in famiglia di ritorno dalla montagna. Ottima la carne cruda con carciofi, le tagliatelle al sugo di mare e i gnocchi di zucca. Buoni anche i dessert e il vino bianco della valle. Ci torneremo presto.

È stato davvero un piacere pranzare nella tranquillità di questo ristorante, molto curato, con personale accogliente, professionale e gentile. Ottime materie prime ottimamente preparate, cucina leggera e molto gustosa. Attenzione al dettaglio, in sala e in cucina. Bravi davvero.

Abbiamo deciso di passare il capodanno in questo posto che abbiamo sempre notato tornando dalla valle Siamo rimasti più che soddisfatti sia dal cibo che dal servizio Il locale è gestito da tutte persone giovani ma altamente competenti. Super super consigliato

09/03/2024: I was there on the occasion of an initiative linked to cross-country skiing. Being partners they provided polenta and sausage. Exquisite. Very sociable, kind, pleasant staff. I was surprised that coffee in a refuge costs only 1 euro. It's a very rare thing. Breathtaking environment, far from any inhabited center. Reachable by anyone. There is practically no climb. A bit of a long journey. Departure from the Saint Barthelemy picnic area. Highly recommended in all seasons.

21/03/2024: Highly recommended for a quick lunch, quality artisan products, generous portions at modest prices. The owner is friendly and courteous.
18/02/2024: The pasta workshop is a point of reference for the quality of the food, the extraordinary flavors and the kindness of the owner. Here you will feel pampered while you taste handmade pasta, whether gnocchi, lasagna, ravioli or unfilled pasta, seasoned with sauces with a genuine and at the same time refined flavour. Here I enjoyed the best lasagna of my life (and I've eaten a lot of it, including Modena DOC ones) and some gnocchi with a sausage sauce that managed to amaze me with their goodness with every bite. To top it all off, the kindness of the owner, always smiling and ready to convey to you his passion for his work. If you come to Aosta, you can't miss it. If you don't go there, go there specifically, it's worth it!
