Great experience! The staff is very kind and welcoming, always available to give advice. The food is typical Aosta Valley, really delicious. I tried the Raclette fondue and it was excellent. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I recommend it to everyone who wants to enjoy excellent Aosta Valley cuisine.

Cozy place, with a quiet and pleasant atmosphere; excellent quality food and friendly, professional staff. He took two cuts: the idea of ​​cooking the meat independently on a plate that they bring to the table and seasoning it to taste was appreciated, generous portions. Very nice and welcoming restaurant where you can taste typical Aosta Valley food. I recommend it both for the quality-price ratio of the food and for the kindness of the staff, always very helpful. We loved the desserts!

Savor the Aosta Valley… We went to this place about a week ago (4 people + 1 child) without a reservation, we trusted the reviews to try the typical Aosta Valley cuisine and especially the fondue. Rustic and welcoming place that gave us even more of that typical mountain atmosphere, the manager of the room and the waitress made us sit at a corner table to have the necessary space for the child's high chair who was immediately sent some chips fried. We decide to have pappardelle with venison ragù and juniper berries, Aosta Valley escalope and sliced ​​beef on the stone; this last dish is served raw and already cut, together with a griddle where the customer himself decides how to cook the meat (not a small peculiarity), the pappardelle is simply sublime and the escalope is well cooked and very tasty. Finally we choose to taste the famous Raclette, which theoretically is a dish for 2 people but in practice we were forced to leave given the quantity of the touch of cheese and the abundance of accompanying dishes which included: cured meats, potatoes and spring onions ... What can I say... A delight for the palate! Excellent quality cheese that melted to taste given the possibility of adjusting the plates, all served with an excellent Saro Djablo red wine recommended by the room manager who together with the waitress helped us enjoy this pleasant evening with their professionalism and above all friendliness , especially towards our baby! Amaro kindly offered and fair quality-price ratio. We will definitely return when we happen to stay in those parts, because it is the ideal place for those who, on a trip, also look for the particularity of a place in food and this place is the perfect emblem of Val D'Aosta. A beautiful location and good service. Excellent choice from the menu, good wine and tasty dishes. The fondue must be exceptional (unfortunately I wasn't able to taste it, but I savored the aroma). Good value for money.

Abbiamo preso la tariflette, il lardo miele e castagne, fonduta alla valdostana. Innaffiato con ottimo pinot nero. Tutto perfetto in particolare il servizio

Locale molto carino e curato. Per assaggiare una fonduta non é male. Da rivedere la qualità dei prodotti non molto alta e sicuramente non in linea con i prezzi (cari).

24/03/2024: Excellent choice for spending beautiful days away from the city, a true oasis of relaxation. We immediately met at the reception, wonderful people who were helpful and kind, as were the restaurant staff who were always smiling and kind, ready to serve and please. But what left me with a wonderful memory is the spa of this hotel or rather, the staff, who are very knowledgeable, as well as always being available, very approachable, I had some nice conversations, receiving very professional answers to my questions. I received a craniosacral therapy massage performed by Daniele. Daniele looked at me and said: "you lady have some blockages that we can dissolve with this massage" For those who don't know, craniosacral therapy is a therapy that is good for everyone regardless of age, even pregnant women and baby, strengthens the immune system and heals the soul. Daniele is a wonderful person but above all he is a human, he is that person who knows how to "read" you inside, a person with great intuition. Daniele was right... after the massage which isn't really a massage, I had let go of heavy weights that I had been carrying around for years, or rather from other lives. I would have liked to have at least one more session but the departure was now close, I was about to leave in a few hours. I will definitely return here, where I met some wonderful, wonderful people, and certainly also some beautiful places to take long walks, the mountains are fascinating. It happens like this every time, when you leave something of you remains in that place and something about these special people accompanies you for the rest of your life. I thank Daniele for helping me, I thank all the staff of this beautiful hotel for the wonderful stay. Thank you🌹

26/03/2024: Simply delicious! We tried the pizza, focaccia with onions and focaccia with stracchino, all truly impeccable! There's always a bit of a queue but for this reason it's worth it, the interior is very nice and modern
15/12/2023: The best bakery in the Aosta plain...and beyond. Quality products and great care in presentation and service. Every time you enter you want to buy everything... a real temptation for those with a sweet tooth and a sweet tooth. And let's not talk about the panettone and pandoro, inhumanly good desserts. Compliments!
