A curious and pleasant surprise at La Salle, a typical Aosta Valley menu with a touch of Sardinian! Homemade bread and breadsticks, fresh pasta. We returned a few days later to try the fondue, which was excellent. Intimate atmosphere and welcoming staff.

We stumbled upon this place by chance and had a wonderful time. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, the service is quick, and the quality of the food (all homemade) is in perfect harmony with the prices. Every dish we tried had a unique flavor, from appetizers to desserts, prepared with extreme care and presented beautifully. The only flaw is that the lighting is a little dim for my taste, but it's perfectly suited to the mountain setting. We'll definitely be back!

Being a long-time LA Salle vacationer, this year I was delighted to see the reopening of the Fonduteria del Borgo, for which I had already appreciated the quality of the products... wonderful fondue, not to mention the meats... Today, as soon as I arrived, I saw the restaurant reopened and I didn't hesitate to go in, remembering the past... but in addition to the pleasure, I found a wonderful surprise... WONDERFUL welcome and service... Miss Niss is literally exquisite... accommodating... intelligent... the food is no less... amazing meat... seadas like in Sardinia... on the other hand, the chef is Sardinian... obviously I will return only for the fondue!!! WELL DONE GUYS!!

We went to eat and were very satisfied, quiet and well-kept environment, personal very helpful, friendly and competent, the cuisine really good, the quality/price ratio very good, for those who want to try Aosta Valley cuisine, highly recommended.

A simply fantastic experience at La Fonduteria del Borgo in La Salle, a true gem for those who love good food and a welcoming atmosphere. What made the evening truly memorable was the service: the staff was extraordinary, extremely welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail, especially Nis, who was always smiling and showed that genuine warmth that makes you feel immediately at home. A warm, intimate atmosphere, with attention to every detail. If you find yourself in La Salle or the surrounding area, it's an absolute must-see. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!

This was one of the restaurants we had marked to visit during our stay in the Aosta Valley, and it did not disappoint. They are very attentive and friendly with dish recommendations. We went with the idea of ​​tasting the fondue of local cheeses and the experience has been perfect. From the beginning we have been advised and have taken one of the chef's specialties. Everything was good. Washed down with a white wine from the valley. Highly recommended.

We discovered this restaurant by chance the other evening, and what can I say... it was a delightful surprise! Everything was excellent, starting with the welcome. The dishes, typical of Aosta Valley cuisine, were truly exquisite and carefully prepared. Towards the end, they recommended the seadas (a typical Sardinian dessert), and, well... it was truly delicious! Excellent value, too. We absolutely recommend this place and will definitely be back!
