19/04/2026: We opted to be amazed by the Lascia fare a Filippo e Tommaso menu, and we were very satisfied with our choice. Each dish, from the welcome amuse bouche, was a balance of flavors, textures, and contrasts that made for a very interesting and enjoyable experience.
A small note on the service, which was at times awkward and slow, certainly not up to par with the quality of the cuisine.
06/04/2026: A superb experience, a very fine balance of flavors in the dishes; each dish was exquisite and meticulously prepared. The sommelier was outstanding, offering excellent advice and a selection of superb wines, including some rare ones.

04/05/2026: Nice atmosphere. We ate outside in the slightly dated gazebo. It wasn't hot yet, so it was nice. Very good, local food. Service was a bit slow. Excellent value.

12/04/2026: Beautiful mountain setting, located very close to the Valtournenche ski slope. We went for dinner and discovered an amazing wine list! The dishes are very carefully prepared and never banal. Kudos to the kindness and extreme expertise of the waiters and owners.

11/07/2026: We arrived on a Saturday without a reservation, so we waited about twenty minutes for a table, but it was worth it.
We sampled game meat accompanied by polenta concia: chamois (delicious, I thought) and venison (exquisite, my wife thought).
Anyone in the area shouldn't miss it.

13/07/2026: It's a shame that the rain arrived just before the pizza arrived, preventing us from enjoying the excellent hemp dough pizza in the cool of the terrace.
The staff was excellent, quickly restoring the tables inside the restaurant, which was very hot, and it's also a shame that the red wine, although excellent, was served at a temperature too warm for the season. Even the glassette that was brought didn't help...
Anyway, the pizza was good, and we'll return on a more pleasant evening.
05/07/2026: After seating us for over 30 minutes, no one attended to us, although they did attend to other tables around us. We left without dinner. Was it because we weren't Italian? Appalling service.

11/05/2026: It's a beautiful boutique hotel, full of thoughtful details, and the breakfast is incredibly complete and of excellent quality—hard to find around here. The place is very welcoming, and the attentiveness of all the staff is a huge plus. It will definitely be a place I'll return to many more times!

23/04/2026: The hotel is located in an elevated position above Courmayeur and has ample parking. There's a more direct path back to the village, and a free shuttle from the parking lot back to the chalet. The mountain views from every corner of the building are spectacular. The interior decor is very charming, and the owners clearly put effort into maintaining a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

04/07/2026: The only really negative thing was the Aosta people sitting across from me, who were so nice...I'll avoid that, I'd be rude. As for the rest: I asked for a table change and was granted it immediately. The girls are very friendly and helpful, and the recommendation was excellent. I'll definitely be back.
