The quality-price ratio is excellent, with a truly impressive selection of wine labels. The food is sublime, prepared with great skill, combining the elegance of gourmet cuisine with abundant and generous portions. I have rarely found cuisine of this caliber in Cervinia. I highly recommend visiting it, because it has no comparison in the area. A true jewel for lovers of good food!"

18/04/2025: Really enjoy eating here. Always feel welcomed by the friendly warm staff. The food is excellent and highly recommend the pork shank and the chestnut dessert. Only disappointing thing was they were fully booked for the last day of our holiday. Will book in advance next year.

11/05/2025: Un ristorante stellato dove torniamo sempre volentieri: ogni volta ci sorprende, incanta e soddisfa fino all’ultimo piatto. Contrariamente a quanto si pensa, non si esce affamati, ma appagati nel corpo e nella mente. Un’esperienza gastronomica completa, da provare e riprovare!

21/04/2025: We were impressed by the Vecchio Ristoro in Aosta. The 5-course menu was sensational, every single course was a culinary masterpiece. Excellent quality ingredients provided one culinary delight after another through excellent craftsmanship and creativity. The risotto was one of the best, if not the best, we have ever tried. The fantastic kitchen performance was perfectly complemented by the professional, attentive and courteous service. The elegant ambience of the former mill was very appealing, but the only criticism of our lunch was the room temperature. It was far too cold and we were freezing after a short time. Apart from that, the restaurant is a crystal clear recommendation. For us it is one of the very best 1 star restaurants we have visited in Italy so far and worth every penny.

30/04/2025: Just spent 2 wonderful days at Bergman Mtn Hotel . I have been to Cervinia several times and this is by far my favorite hotel . The location is perfect- ski in / out and Alessandro and his team were outstanding. Alessandro even took me to the local ski shop to rent my equipment and offer suggestions. Breakfast was excellent and my one dinner at the hotel was very good . Can not wait to return.

29/04/2025: We were obsessed with this place and did not want to leave!! The room, the location, the decor, the breakfast, the music and the owners were incredible! The moment we met Alessandro and Nicoletta they felt like family- their hospitality and kindness are unmatched and we will forever remember it! We always loved Italy and love it even more now because of them and this special place! Praying the Lord blesses our new friends and their wonderful hotel!! 11/05/2025: Very nice characteristic Aosta Valley restaurant with phrases carved into the wood in Patois dialect. The owners are very very kind and helpful. The foods are of high quality and almost all rigorously prepared by them; from lime honey to lard, from chestnuts to cured meats. The polenta deserves a special mention as it was prepared and cooked in a copper cauldron over a wood fire by the grandfather who serves it with so much love and delicacy. I went for the first time with my family and I will definitely return very soon. A suggestion? Let us advise you in choosing the menu which will surely surprise you.... Platter of cold cuts, platter of cheeses, chestnuts with curls of butter, polenta with Fontina cheese. Booking recommended....

26/04/2025: Excellent location, between Saint Jaques and Champoluc, and a view of the snow-capped mountains to take your breath away. The guys at the service were kind, friendly and nice. Excellent food, in particular a starter of liver or peppers and anchovies, but also respectable first courses that bring you to the flavors of the mountains... what can I say, more than recommended

15/04/2025: Cozy atmosphere, original restaurant choices, also vegetarian if desired. Super beautiful and cozy location. Only slept for one day (unfortunately), but super friendly staff, charmingly decorated and fantastic breakfast.

18/04/2025: Selection of refined dishes worthy of the Michelin star, constantly varied with tasting menu proposals. Provided selection of native wines and local classics. Welcoming and courteous staff. Definitely not to be missed. Reservation required especially in high season.
