10/09/2025: It's a great blessing to be able to find such a restaurant—authentic in the best sense of the word. Real people, real hospitality, and real food. A truly simple and rustic ambiance. But Angie's relaxed warmth prepares you for the consistently impeccable quality of all the food and drinks. Every course is a reminder of the qualities that "Mother's kitchen" used to have. Everything is based on regional ingredients, skillfully and unpretentiously prepared on the wood-fired stove. I've visited several Michelin-starred restaurants, but I've never left one as satisfied and completely happy as this cantina. The fact that the price to be paid for such a delightful evening in a Michelin-starred restaurant would barely cover dessert is just a footnote. Thank you for your hospitality, Angie

13/02/2026: A farm with breathtaking views, accessible by various trails. In winter, the menu is a bit more limited, but the platters are truly filled with every delicacy! The ice cream deserves special mention, and even though it's February, we couldn't resist trying it! Truly a wonderful place.

We chose the five-course menu with amuse bouche, pre-dessert, and wine pairing, and each dish was a small work of art: a perfect balance of technique, creativity, and the highlighting of Aosta Valley's finest ingredients. The service was impeccable—attentive but never intrusive—and the atmosphere in the old 17th-century mill made the experience even more special.

15/02/2026: I've been frequenting this restaurant for many years and I hate to write a negative review, but last night's experience was truly disappointing in several respects. The service was very slow from the start: we waited about 50 minutes for two very simple appetizers, a poorly presented plate of prosciutto crudo and a small, pre-made appetizer of smoked salmon. Such a long wait for dishes like these is hard to justify. For my first course, I ordered pumpkin ravioli with black truffle, but unfortunately the dish was flavorless: the pumpkin was indistinguishable, and the truffle was virtually undetectable. The second course, three lamb ribs, also failed to live up to expectations. For two, we ordered two appetizers, a first course, a second course, and a bottle of wine, spending about €100. Considering the overall quality of the dishes and the service, the value for money was decidedly unsatisfactory. I'm sorry to say this, especially since it's a place I've frequented often over the years, but this time I left feeling really disappointed.

10/01/2026: Very nice renovated place...in a village on the heights of Aosta on the road to Pila...I'm only reviewing the restaurant as I didn't stay in the hotel...I have to say EXCELLENT clean...good typical dishes...highly recommended the Tartare and the meats...but I would say everything...We'll be back

01/02/2026: My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel, and the first thing that struck us was how clean it was. Since we both work in the operating room, we're particularly careful about this aspect, and we can say that the attention to hygiene here—both in the rooms and the common areas—is truly exceptional, almost obsessive in a positive sense. We had half-board (breakfast and dinner) and the experience was simply excellent: top-notch quality, carefully prepared dishes, and impeccable service. The chef is top-notch, and it's no coincidence that the hotel restaurant is also frequented by external guests. The location is perfect: a two-minute walk from the center of Courmayeur, with the added convenience of the hotel's shuttle service to and from the ski slopes. A final, but crucial, mention goes to the staff: in one word, wonderful. Professional, kind, and extremely attentive, they make you feel truly pampered, like family. We'll definitely be back.
