12/11/2025: I can only comment on the restaurant, as I haven't stayed there, but seeing everything else, I imagine the rooms are also meticulously maintained, clean, and comfortable. The restaurant and cellar are magnificent, exquisitely restored and furnished with expertly restored traditional peasant furniture and objects. Congratulations for that alone. The culinary experience is truly worth experiencing, featuring local products and freshly cooked. The many different types of stuffed bread, homemade of course, was wonderful! The welcome was excellent and warm. Impeccably clean. A place worth discovering and recommending if you love good food and tradition.
09/11/2025: A gem with a warm, family atmosphere. We received a wonderful welcome from Anna, Elena, and Agostino. The rooms are absolutely charming and well-equipped, and the evening meal featuring local cuisine is extraordinary. The breakfasts are superb. In short, thank you for your hospitality. We highly recommend it!

We ate wonderfully; the restaurant was very well-maintained, with traditional furnishings and a very welcoming atmosphere. All the dishes we tasted were exceptional, from appetizers to dessert, served hot, and made with top-quality ingredients.
If you're in the Aosta Valley, come and enjoy these delicacies.
Finally, the service was excellent.

Preparations that enhance the natural flavors. The price is very fair, considering the high quality and preparation required for the menu. I'll be back!!! 3 courses: Escargot, with Beaufort and mushrooms; lamb chops; tarte tatin; a glass of excellent Burgundy, sparkling water, bread. Total service: €60.

We chose the five-course menu with amuse bouche, pre-dessert, and wine pairing, and each dish was a small work of art: a perfect balance of technique, creativity, and the highlighting of Aosta Valley's finest ingredients.
The service was impeccable—attentive but never intrusive—and the atmosphere in the old 17th-century mill made the experience even more special.

08/12/2025: Stunning ski area: countless descents and as many as ascents. The chairlifts reach up to 3,900 m, an altitude that allows you to ski even in March or April. There's also a connection to the Swiss resort of Zermatt, allowing for even more skiing... simply fabulous!

smiling and a bit hungry.
Was it late? No, just a little,
nineteen seventeen by fate.
The reservation said twenty-one,
we thought, "What a lucky day!"
But instead of bread, a smile, or a drink,
a rather stiff and bland voice greeted us.
"The kitchen is closed, we're not joking!"
someone said, not even saying hello.
No one told us, when making the reservation,
that the wheel closes at nine.
A real shame, it could have been fine,
but the tone and the welcome ruined the scene.
So the Grange, like a faded dream,
leaves a somewhat... burnt memory.

13/11/2025: It's an osteria, or rather a restaurant, in a charming village 700 meters above sea level in the Aosta Valley. It's all stone, with a fireplace that creates a warm atmosphere. The lady who runs the dining room is friendly, and the dishes are all fresh and delicious. We had a lard platter with chestnuts, polenta concia, and two plates of straccetti with creamed toma cheese and leeks, both excellent. For dessert, a delicious pistachio tiramisu. Coffee, water, and a beer for two cost €70. Everything was good, so I think the bill was reasonable. I recommend it.
