20/08/2024: We had lunch in this little place where they prepare fresh pasta and I must say that I ate very well, I had some Ravioli with cheese and pepper and then, not happy, I asked if they could prepare some tagliatelle carbonara for me, which were also excellent, the portions are generous and the staff is very kind, shame about the few seats, honest prices. Definitely worth returning.

22/07/2024: A pleasant surprise, clean restaurant, excellent cuisine, freshly cooked dishes, very young and customer-oriented staff and owners. Tagliatelle with mushrooms and cream or with speck and saffron, homemade and cooked to perfection. Simple but very tasty desserts. In the kitchen, one of the two owner brothers boasts long experience in the kitchens of the Four Seasons around the world, in the dining room the other brother is one step away from becoming a sommelier, who manages contact with the customer with intelligence, discretion and a lot of professionalism. In short, the 5 rating is not given as a gift, but earned on the field. We highly recommend a stop for those coming down from Valtournenche or for those who want to enjoy the cool of the very pleasant Antey. And don't be misled by old reviews. The guys have taken over management since December 2023 and all the comments since that date are super positive. We will definitely return, with our brothers-in-law and daughter. Thank you, you are an example of entrepreneurship to be rewarded.

11/08/2024: Pranzo per un addio al celibato prima di fare del sano rafting sulla Dora Baltea, ci rechiamo in questa caratteristica trattoria… Cibi della tradizione fatti di ricette tradizionali, ci si sente a casa… materie prime ottime e prezzi consoni al degustato… Tipica trattoria in Val d’Aosta, ci si sente a casa! 04/08/2024: Ci sono andata per anni in inverno, ho sempre mangiato bene e soprattutto abbondante. Per caso ci sono passata in questi giorni, e sono rimasta un po' delusa, il menù continua ad essere tipicamente invernale. I prezzi sono notevolmente lievitati. Il cibo è sempre molto buono, è non hanno difficoltà a dartene in abbondanza. Ergo andrebbe modificato il menù in estate e i prezzi forse erano troppo bassi un tempo. Quindi ora, adeguandosi agli attuali listini prezzi, risultano un po' cari.

20/08/2024: Very nice service. We took dishes of the day outside regular menu and it was very good. However I dont recommend aubergines - really swimming in vinegar plus the red wine by the glass was hmmm drinkable. Overall interesting place but very expensive for the quality they serve.

For us, seasonal starters and a delicious pigeon in three courses. A suggested food and wine pairing that highlights Italian red wines and introduces white and curiosities like this dry Tokay grape variety. Excellent dessert

23/08/2024: Very nice and welcoming place with tables inside and outside and a spectacular view of the Mont Blanc group. Excellent food and impeccable service! Don't miss appetizers with goose pâté and hot toasted black bread croutons and finally fresh raspberry tart.

22/08/2024: Solo due parole: POLENTA CONCIA Posto accogliente tipico montano,proprietari gentili e servizio veloce e preciso.Menù vario ma assolutamente da provare la loro polenta, la migliore che abbia mai mangiato.Vista bellissima sul Bianco e tranquillità assicurata.Noi eravamo già stati l'anno scorso,ci siamo ritornati quest'anno e se non c'è il due senza il tre ci torneremo l'anno prossimo. 01/08/2024: The structure is completely new, including the rooms and bathrooms. Everything clean. We ate well and lots of it (the pannacotta with chocolate cream was spectacular). The managers are kind and helpful. Excellent location for different types of excursions, in all seasons. A great refuge, I will definitely return.

28/07/2024: We opted for half board. The structure is very clean, especially the services, and the kitchen staff was very attentive and prepared to serve an excellent dinner with vegan dishes. We'll be back.
