07/04/2026: The lifts opened late, before 8:30 no one was able to announce the opening times of the slopes and lifts, thus making the online purchase of the ski pass useless. There is room for improvement given the excellent quality of the slopes.

07/04/2026: Breathtaking views, combined with enjoyable trails to tackle, both equipped and carefree. All under the dominant eye of the Matterhorn.... The magic of nature.

19/04/2026: Fantastic experience....!! Besides the cleanliness of the rooms, what stood out was the hospitality we received from day one. The waiters were wonderful, not to mention the very friendly waiter who served us breakfast. All of this was highlighted by the wonderful presence of Paola, one of the owners... a girl who is not only friendly, but full of many virtues... just talking to her takes you to another dimension..!! 05/03/2026: We had dinner here during our ski trip in Cervinia and it was one of the best meals I ever had in Italy. There were five of us and we were all very hungry after skiing, but the portions were generous and we left perfectly satisfied. Everything we tried was excellent. A special thank you to the gentleman who recommended a regional Valle d’Aosta wine for us. It matched the food absolutely perfectly and made the whole experience even better. I also have to mention the asparagus fondant (sformatino). It was absolutely phenomenal, one of those dishes you still think about days later. Wonderful food, great atmosphere and very kind service. We would happily come back anytime. Greetings from Czech 🇨🇿

09/04/2026: Easter 2026, a welcoming atmosphere, uniquely competent and friendly owners, meticulous table settings, and small touches that already put you in a good mood. Exquisite traditional Aosta Valley dishes reinterpreted in an excellent way. My wife, my three daughters, and I were pampered by the staff and delighted by the flavors of the various dishes. The icing on the cake was a heart drawn in marker on the doggie bag. AWESOME!!! Thank you for the fantastic experience.

07/04/2026: Excellent mountain-style restaurant with an elegant touch in the choice of colors—not easy in the mountains—with much-appreciated fresh plants and flowers and a well-chosen decor! Dishes are prepared with carefully sourced ingredients and beautifully presented (the blueberry first course amazed me with its aromas and delicacy), and the stew and polenta are also good. A very positive note is the dedicated menu for our four-legged friends! Both the dishes and wines are well-described, and above all, a wide selection of craft beers (the best Belgian beer I've ever tasted!). The service is elegant yet very familiar at the same time. The tobacco bitters are a must-try, very scenic. The owners are super friendly and helpful! Prices are average. Also excellent for breakfast with the bar service!

04/04/2026: We wanted a quick, good meal before going to the theater, and they recommended the perfect place. The meat sushi and wild boar meatballs were excellent to start. The sandwiches were amazing (and huge) and made with unique ingredients. The accompanying potatoes were also delicious. Highly recommended!

24/03/2026: Could be great but the food is hit and miss. Some of its great, other plates are lacking flavour (beef cheek, the reimagined Monte Bianco dessert). Feels like style over substance, especially when the flooring is focused on how good it looks rather than how safe it is when conditions are wet or icy and there’s no internal access between the two floors.
