We went to La Rotonda in Aosta and overall the experience was decent. The portions are truly enormous, almost excessive, but this makes the prices fair for the quantity. The pizza is good, and so are the Milanese ones, truly gigantic. The only downside is the staff, which could use some work: we were rudely asked to vacate our table.

I had the impression that it was a restaurant frequented by locals rather than tourists. I tried the risotto with sausage and Blue d'Aosta... truly superb. Courteous staff. Good value. Restrooms in good order. Parking is reasonably close.

This restaurant, just steps from Aosta's historic center, is famous for its enormous and delicious cotoletta (breaded veal cutlet). The staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend booking because the restaurant is always busy.

28/12/2025: Simply fabulous, the Valdostan fondue was excellent. Recommended, equally excellent wine from the valley. Very friendly service, they welcomed us at 3:30 PM. Not to be missed.
28/12/2025: We found this place by chance, and it was truly a wonderful discovery. The waiters were attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming and typical of the mountains. Everything was excellent, especially the gnocchi with fondue. The owner was super friendly!

28/04/2026: Everything was delicious! The staff and owner were really kind, attentive, and always smiling. I had a simple focaccia with sausage and chips, very good! The atmosphere was positive.
