25/08/2025: I had a wonderful time at this family-run agriturismo. You immediately feel at home. It's a great location for hiking. Beautiful views, peace, and quiet. I had the opportunity to have dinner. The food was excellent and good value. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. Recommended.

12/10/2025: I've been there a couple of times and have always had a great time. Family atmosphere, good food... I'm sorry it's not well-publicized. A lot of locals don't even know it exists...

23/09/2025: We had lunch at this very charming and charming agriturismo overlooking their vineyards; the cuisine was simple but authentic. The dishes were simple and plentiful. We were a little less appreciative of the desserts, which weren't that great (the tiramisu was nothing special, in fact a bit crumbly, and the Sacher torte was nothing like a Sacher torte at all, more like a simple chocolate cake). Otherwise, the waitress was kind and courteous. Prices were average. The service charge (I don't remember if it was paid, but I'd say so) was a bit too basic, with the bread being a bit too dry and hard, and the white paper napkins, a bit like those found at parties or fairs.

05/11/2025: Great lunch! Recommend reservations, we didn't have one on a Saturday, but the accommodating staff found a way to fit us in quickly! Service was excellent, food was delicious and flavorful and came out quick. Highly recommend! Great for a stop after hiking to Forra del Lupo.

03/09/2025: Cogola Restaurant in Serrada is a charming and traditional spot, beautifully maintained and very clean. The location offers stunning views, with farm animals adding to its authentic atmosphere, and there’s a large parking area available. The food is excellent, service is friendly and very quick. Highly recommended for all tourists visiting the area.

04/05/2025: Luogo bellissimo, menu tipico della tradizione, cortile esterno. Baita con vista sul lago, cucina tipica della zona con piatti di salumi, formaggi, goulash etc. Raggiungibile in auto senza neve.

09/03/2025: Dopo un’allegra scarpinata in mezzo ai boschi si arriva in questo posto con un bellissimo panorama. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di essere accolti senza alcuna prenotazione poiché il posto non era sovra affollato, cucina tipica montana con qualche divagazione con pesce di lago. Ingredienti di buona qualità, sapientemente Cucinati. Ambiente tipico montano e prezzo nella norma. Non mancherò di tornare.

13/09/2025: We had a wonderful meal here. I chose a classic pizza and my girlfriend went for a gluten-free pizza. Both were generously topped and delicious. To finish, I had the tiramisu, which was truly outstanding: light, creamy, and with just the right balance of coffee and cocoa. The service was friendly and attentive, and our food arrived quickly.

30/08/2025: Very beautiful location. Good quality of food. There's room for improvement in the organization and service. We've been twice. The first time, they brought us a pizza at the end of dinner, after everyone had finished their first courses. The second time, they brought everyone a tiny portion—embarrassingly small—of tagliatelle with venison ragù. It's a shame because the food is very good and the location is beautiful.

29/07/2025: Pranzo ottimo in una location stupenda. Penso di aver mangiato i canederli più buoni di sempre. Un applauso anche allo staff, ragazzi giovani e davvero in gamba!

17/07/2025: Durante l’escursione ci siamo fermati qui per una sosta ristoratrice, e la scelta si è rivelata perfetta. Abbiamo ordinato una birretta fresca e un tagliere medio di affettati e formaggi locali… e che te lo dico a fare: qualità top, sapori autentici e porzioni generose! Il tagliere era una vera goduria per gli occhi e il palato: speck morbido, salame profumato, pancetta sottile e saporita, lonza, formaggi stagionati e una ciotolina di verdure in agrodolce che dava il tocco di freschezza perfetto. Il tutto servito su legno, con stile e attenzione ai dettagli. La malga è bellissima, sia all’interno che all’esterno. Da fuori si gode di un panorama che merita davvero la pausa. Il personale? Giovane, competente e super disponibile. Si respira un’atmosfera genuina, dove tutto è curato senza mai diventare artefatto. Una tappa consigliatissima per chi vuole prendersi una pausa durante una camminata e gustarsi il Trentino vero.

12/10/2025: Albergo Paso Buole, An absolute insider tip, A pleasant, family-friendly atmosphere, with a great sense of hospitality and excellent service. The food was excellent. They were very patient with me, even though I only returned at 9:15 p.m. And I still got fresh, warm, and delicious food. All-around satisfaction at the highest level, and at a really reasonable price, too. I will definitely be back and will tell everyone how good it is here.

12/07/2025: A pochi posti do pieni voti a tutto e questo è uno di quelli. Locale meraviglioso sia per ambientazione tipica che per pulizia. Servizio impeccabile grazie alla ragazza che serve ai tavoli dove spiega ogni scelta (e pure le loro grappe alla fine), e alla velocità che hanno nel portare i piatti. Cibo spettacolare con una vasta selezioni di piatti tipici selezionati da loro e ben presentati. Costo in linea con ciò che si trova. Si paga leggermente un po' di più ma ovviamente è tutto assolutamente ricompensato. Consigliato!

11/07/2025: Locale molto caratteristico nel centro di pozza di fassa con un piccolo parcheggio dedicato. Cibo buono e personale molto cortese. Veloce nel servire ma senza mettere troppa fretta ai commensali. Ampia scelta di prodotti tipici locali. Prezzi nella media.

29/06/2025: Cena informale con la mia compagna ed un amico. Posto non facilissimo da trovare ma messo in posizione strategica ed aperto su di una piazzetta davvero carina. Menù semplice con poche portate, come piace a me: indice di qualità e freschezza delle materie prime. Abbiamo ordinato degli antipasti, dei primi piatti e dei dolci. Buona scelta di vini al calice con il cameriere molto preparato nel illustrarli e consigliarli. È una trattoria, quindi regna la semplicità ma nel piatto abbiamo trovato qualità e raffinatezza degne di ristoranti ben più blasonati. Riassumendo: buona location, cibo eccellente, buon servizio, rapporto qualità/prezzo Ottimo. Ci torneremo di sicuro per provare i secondi piatti. Consigliatissimo

20/04/2025: Poco prima di Pasqua, è l'occasione per rincontrare un carissimo vecchio amico che ci viene incontro da Milano. Gironzolando per Trento ci viene fame e prenotiamo qua, incuriositi anche dalle ottime recensioni lette. Servizio accogliente, pulito, gentile e rapido. La cucina è davvero ottima, abbiamo potuto cogliere l'occasione di gustare le specialità a base di asparagi, vista anche la stagione prozia. Mi sento di poterla consigliare con assoluta fiducia. Auguri a tutti di buone vacanze pasquali, ma anche di buon viaggio e di buon appetito. MB

14/11/2025: The food is good, the location is beautiful, but there's little transparency about the price of the dishes: I always order a first course and a side dish and always pay a different amount! The price has gone from €13 to €16.50, even in the space of a few weeks, so that doesn't justify it... the owner always smiles at you at the register, scrutinizes you, and then figures out when he can charge you... in my opinion, that's unprofessional.

16/10/2025: Masha Allah, the person is friendly, cheerful, Muslim, the food is halal. I ordered 2 chicken kebabs and fries. The food is delicious. He also offered us tea and coffee as a gift.
