Dinner for two: dumplings were quite disappointing, not at all chewy, though flavorful thanks to the fondue. The gnocchi with bacon were good but not special. We split the pork cheeks on a bed of polenta, which were too fatty and didn't convince us. €70.50 for two first courses, a second course shared between two, and a bottle of water... there's definitely better.

The menu isn't extensive (considering the management it had a decade ago), but the ingredients are high-quality. We had an excellent pork shank with Tyrolean potatoes. The staff is very friendly. Located right in the center of Folgaria.

Overall, we had a good time and will be back. Allow me to make two small comments: the menu offered interesting options, but unfortunately the flavor didn't quite live up to expectations. The atmosphere was Christmassy... even in summer.

Welcoming atmosphere, also good for families, good food. Welcoming people! We may have spent a bit too much for the dishes we chose (considering two pasta dishes, two kids' burgers, a soup, a tartare, a plate of tagliolini, and two mixed salads, €138).
Recommended anyway.

The atmosphere is dated, and you can feel the dampness. The menu has too many asterisks....Strudel served chilled. Now I understand the reservation system. I wouldn't go back.

We had lunch at this restaurant recommended by the hotel...
We ordered two first courses (canederli and tagliolini) and they were good, but the second courses were terrible! The veal cheek tasted bad (it seemed old) and the venison bites tasted like nothing (and there was parchment paper inside them, too!).
Also, we received our first courses less than 5 minutes after ordering them (which was strange).
Friendly staff.
Not a good value!

A refined atmosphere, very attentive service, and a simple menu. The dishes are very good, based on traditional Trentino cuisine. Perhaps a little pricey, but the quality is there.
