04/09/2024: Small, perfect restaurant. We had the Italian starter, the pizza ciccio and the very, very tasty tiramisu. Everything was super delicious! Very nice and attentive employees.

19/08/2024: We went to this place, ate the first courses, the spetzle and the pizza... it was all so good that we returned the following evening too. Everything was very good, waiters and staff were friendly and courteous. Very affordable price.

02/04/2025: A nice bar to drink and play chess Cheapest Aperol Spritzes in town (3 euros). If you go there before 20:00, the place is not fully packed. You get a ton of chips with your drinks which is really convenient if you want a snack. The other customers are sometimes a bit smelly and the bathroom is of the squatting kind 😅

22/03/2025: Historic tavern in the center of Trento, a place frequented by university students which is now being converted to high school students especially on Saturday evenings. Very popular with those who want to spend a quiet evening with friends.

27/05/2025: Delicious coffee! There is soy milk! Ice cream of different kinds, also very tasty. Toilets are clean. It is very pleasant to stay here.

12/06/2025: I stayed for three nights in this hotel. The service is decent, but overall not up to the four-star classification. Knowing that the ski lifts would be closed in June, I decided to focus on the Spa and the cuisine (half-board). Contrary to what was indicated on Booking, the sauna is not included in the package. Access to the Spa is only possible by reservation, in shifts of 1h45 in the morning and 75 minutes in the afternoon. Entry is free only in the morning and includes only the wet area (various pools). In the afternoon there is a supplement of €10 per person. A rather unusual choice, considering that it is a hotel with a wellness vocation. I found it not very transparent and almost misleading that this information is communicated only after payment. I decided to access the Spa anyway, paying the supplement. Once I arrived, I was informed that the hot tubs (with an additional cost of €5) were out of order. The “heated” pool was cold, while the one described as “counter-current” turned out to be a simple tub, just 130 cm deep. Several buttons, including the one to activate the jacuzzi bubbles, were broken or malfunctioning. The staff encouraged us to “unbutton” the panels a bit to try to get them to work… The sauna area, although small, was pleasant. However, both of the clocks in the area were stopped, making it difficult to keep track of the remaining time, which is not ideal given the time limit. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of sweet and savory options: fresh juices, yogurt, jams, different types of milk, and more. There were also small fruit salads, which however were not particularly inviting. Overall, a sufficient breakfast, but some fresh fruit (seasonal or not) would have been appreciated. Dinner, on the other hand, was a disappointment. The small buffet of appetizers was poor, both in quantity and quality: although it was a typical product, the cheese was served in minimal portions, the bread was hard and seemed to have been made one or two days earlier, while the apples were frozen. The main appetizer and dessert were decent, but the first and second courses were absolutely not up to expectations for a four-star hotel. Another critical aspect concerns the separation between the balconies: they are divided only by swing doors, easily opened by anyone, allowing free passage between one room and another. This, combined with the total absence of a cooling system in the rooms, often forces you to keep the balcony door open to let in some air. As a result, privacy is severely compromised: you don't even feel free to be intimate or relax in your room with the right comfort. It happened several times, even in the evening, that other guests passed by or looked out in front of our balcony, with a direct view of the inside of the room. The impression left by the staff was positive: young but competent, available to listen and assist to the best of their ability even for special needs. The parking is free (not in the winter season) and accessible after check-in by requesting a card at the reception. It is covered and spread over five floors.

15/03/2025: We ate for dinner, excellent food. Generous portions (the first course perhaps not too much) and really very very good. Also recommended for the not excessive expense 35/40€ per person.

02/03/2025: Location with a Christmas atmosphere, welcoming and kind staff. Everything good from starter to dessert. After a year we returned and as usual we end the week with dinner, and I must say that nothing has changed except even more friendliness and courtesy from the staff.

21/05/2025: Appena arrivati non avevano apparecchiato per tutti, la pasta era scotta, sciapa e insapore, gli hamburger non erano cotti e il sapore per quanto terribile non trovo parole per descriverle, le patate erano plastica. 1 stella solo per il pane

21/05/2025: sono stata in questo posto in una gita, descritto con una parola: orribile. abbiamo mangiato un primo e un secondo. per primo una pasta al pomodoro, scottatissima e insapore... per secondo una carne mista incondita, accompagnata da patate al forno senza sale e olio... non consiglio a nessuno questo posto, se vi volete fermare non fermatevi in questo ristorante.

06/05/2025: We tried a delivery pizza today—the taste was lovely, but we didn’t expect it to be so small, definitely not a regular size. If we had known, we would’ve ordered at least two per person. Still, the flavor was absolutely delicious!

30/03/2025: It is a refuge that works with the self-service formula, very nice with various seats; I ate very well and drank excellent coffee. I recommend it if you are on Ciampac, it's worth it!

13/05/2025: Frequento questa ristorante ormai da anni e non delude mai: cucina ottima ,sempre in continuo aggiornamento. Servizio semplicemente impeccabile: difficile immaginare personale più cortese e accogliente. Se siete a Riva del Garda questa locale è assolutamente imperdibile

24/04/2025: Settimana Bianca con gli amici, prenotiamo in questo ristorante e mai scelta fu più azzeccata, a partire dal locale tipico molto carino con un affettatrice berkel favolosa, prodotti nostrani appesi,una goduria alla vista. Ordino un piatto di fettuccine al capriolo con riduzione di frutti di bosco, strepitosi è dire poco, anche i miei amici soddisfattissimi di tutti i piatti. Personale gentile e simpatico. Tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglierò.
