We went there specifically during a family vacation, and as soon as we arrived, I loved the place. Simple yet charming. There's a great atmosphere, and the company and surrounding nature make it even more charming. The beer is spectacular; I've never had anything like it! The other drinks are also very good! The platter is extensive and of excellent quality. Good prices. I'll definitely be back when I return to Val di Fiemme :)

A truly exceptional brewery, where the "Km 0" philosophy is taken to the next level: beers made with their own ingredients, from malts to hops, for an authentic and top-quality result. The tasting was a journey through flavors, with beers crafted with meticulous attention to detail. The table service was also excellent: courteous, professional, and always attentive to customer needs. A special mention goes to the salmon trout sandwich, simply spectacular, with the freshest ingredients and a truly top-notch balance of flavors. An experience I recommend to all lovers of good craft beer and quality cuisine. Definitely worth returning!

Truly excellent and unique beers. We enjoyed them with delicious sandwiches. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is truly delightful. We've been summer customers for a few years now, and my personal recommendation for first-time visitors is to do a tasting of four different beers, choosing based on the menu descriptions and also asking the staff for recommendations. For teetotalers, there are non-alcoholic options that are also perfect for children.

Surrounded by greenery, the young staff are friendly and welcoming. The beers and platters are delicious. A visit and tasting are highly recommended.
