I migliori ristoranti in Trento

13/09/2025: After two years I decided to return to this restaurant to eat a good plate of gnocchi and a second course of tosella with a side dish... alas, unfortunately it wasn't like that. Let's say that the abundance of the dishes remained the same as then, but the quality, I would say, was very different. All the dishes received were drowned in water with a flavor that was, to say the least, incomprehensible... it's a shame. Once upon a time I would have recommended it with my eyes closed, but from today that will no longer be the case.

08/09/2025: A friend recommended it as a must-try, and she was right! On the Via della Fricca, we had a very hearty and delicious lunch for two at a very reasonable price. Venison stew and goulash, with mixed sides: polenta, potato polenta, mushrooms, and carrots. The menu is written out loud, and the place is simple and quiet.

19/10/2025: Home cooking and you eat what you find... I'm not leaving the fourth star just because the table was a bit neglected but this doesn't mean I won't come back

18/10/2025: As a typical Trentino trattoria, it deserves five stars. Traditional home cooking. Seasonal ingredients. Excellent value.

27/08/2025: Excellent refreshment stop after cycling the Dolomites. Very close to the bus stop that took us back to Canazei. I took the liberty of solving the cutlery holder crossword puzzle ;)

13/11/2025: The food is divine... not to mention the desserts... sublime... everything lovingly managed in the kitchen... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

09/11/2025: A small, almost hidden restaurant... in Borgo... in the province of Trento... where you can eat and enjoy remarkably refined, tasty, and abundant dishes (but in the right way...). This place should participate in the program I 4 RISTORANTI... it deserves it and could even win... being complete as a whole...

28/09/2025: The hotel is centrally located, just steps from the bus stop. The rooms are large and clean, with a truly spacious bathroom. It's a truly comfortable place where guests are pampered. The food service is impeccable. Among the staff, I particularly like Francesca, who was incredibly kind and helpful. I will definitely return to this hotel if I ever return to Canazei.

18/11/2025: Stopped for an aperitif before lunch, only the aperitifs arrived without accompaniment "at least 2 chips" like in all bars... nothing at all.. Very different from the service of others.. A real shame...

21/09/2025: A very nice restaurant, typical of Dolomite locations. Both first and second courses are delicious. The menu isn't extensive, but that's a good thing, in my opinion; all the options on the menu are carefully curated.

05/11/2025: We had a wonderful time at the HI Hotel Torbole. Our room had a large covered balcony with a beautiful view, and the hotel is in a quiet location, yet you can quickly reach the town and the lake. The panoramic hiking trail near the hotel is also highly recommended. We used the small sauna area with the whirlpool and the heated outdoor pool daily. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good and varied. Our only minor suggestion for improvement: the stairs to the bike room in the basement were a bit difficult for our e-bikes; perhaps another solution could be found for this. Otherwise, everything was great! We'll be back, thank you for everything!

14/10/2025: I had a wonderful time at this hotel, where I spent three nights. The double room we had wasn't very large and had limited space to store your things. The view of the lake was beautiful. My room had a terrace overlooking the lake, but there are rooms that overlook the internal courtyard. The location is a 15-minute walk from Torbole, up an uphill road. The continental breakfast was excellent, and the spa was well-maintained and ideal for recovering from a day exploring the mountains. The spa should be included for all guests at no additional cost.

09/09/2025: Nice place, on the way, with a view. I had a platter of cold cuts and cheese with jam, and everything was good, absolutely reasonable prices. I highly recommend it.

03/12/2025: My friend and I spent two nights in Trento. We had dinner here both nights. A classic restaurant that deserves 5 stars EVERYWHERE. We ate: salad, a pasta dish, and dessert: everything was delicious. But the tapas are exceptional... I already miss them!!! The carne salada parcels, speck with potato tortel, and their vegetable focaccia are exceptional. So good. The waitresses were very kind. The atmosphere was quiet, relaxing, with comfortable sofas, a clean bathroom, and very fair prices.

28/11/2025: My wife and I had breakfast at this pastry shop one morning at 8:00. The staff was busy, despite the small number of people, and uncommunicative, perhaps because they had only recently opened. The croissants were good, and the cappuccino was average, but in very small cups (mine wasn't even full). Everything was pretty normal, so why only two stars? The reason is that spending €9.20 for two cappuccinos (€2.20 each) and two croissants (€2.60 and €2.20) is, to me, a complete and logical exaggeration. I say this because in the cafés in my city where I happen to have breakfast, cappuccinos range from €1.70 to €1.90 and croissants from €1.30 to €1.60 (baked goods that have not been defrosted), and €1.90 and €1.60 are already above average. The only explanation I could come up with was that workers' wages here are much higher than in Romagna, where I'm from. But then I thought that at the farm where I had dinner yesterday, the prices were actually a bit lower than ours, and so, in conclusion, I believe there's no valid reason that could justify such exorbitant prices for breakfast.

12/09/2025: I only had breakfast, but I want to say that the croissants were really good, soft and easy to digest... Fast service. Recommended for a good breakfast.

08/09/2025: Beautiful place, excellent food, and friendly, competent service. Plenty of space for a family outing or a group of friends. After the meal, a delicious grappa al latte is truly delicious!
