01/09/2025: Nice restaurant with good service. However, the food was completely overpriced and inedible. I wouldn't recommend it.

16/08/2025: For me, this is the best restaurant in Madonna di Campiglio. This is the second year in a row we've returned, finding refined dishes, a well-stocked wine cellar, and, above all, two delightful owners. We recommend everyone to enjoy a dinner at this magnificent venue.

07/02/2025: Pasticceria di qualità, ad alta produzione ma artigianale. Strudel, torte alle mandorle, meringhe e dolci. Inoltre miele e grappe tipiche, e ottimo speck. Se si sale da Vigo di Fassa per Canazei, si lascia a destra la provinciale appena l'indicazione stradale "Pasticceria Fassana". Ampio parcheggio. Inoltre possibilità di fare sul posto piccola colazione con caffetteria e piccoli dolci. La produzione in laboratorio è giornaliera, ma l'apertura del negozio è nel fine settimana, dal venerdì mattina al lunedì.

16/09/2025: A very nice place inside and out, right in the center of Levico, on a small square with a lovely fountain. The traditional pizza with sausage and mushrooms is delicious, the waiters are friendly, and the service is fast.

BURNED MEAT, CHILDREN'S CUTLETS GRASSY AND BURNT, HORRIBLE SERVICE, RUSTY AND VERY INACCURATE, WITH DELAYS!! PAPPARDELLE WITH MUSHROOMS, USED WITH CANNED MUSHROOMS (SEEN WITH OUR OWN EYES), WE PAID A BUNCH (11 PEOPLE, 340 EUROS) A SHAME!!! ASK, IT'S BETTER!!! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

31/08/2025: It was a wonderful stay; we stayed 6 nights and had a pleasant and relaxing holiday. Our room was very nice and spacious. It was impeccably clean. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, with a wide selection, especially sweet treats. The property is in a beautiful location and offers a splendid view. The homemade apple juice was delicious; we even purchased some to take home. Kudos to the staff, who were always friendly and polite. If we have the chance, we'll definitely be back!

01/05/2025: Piatti semplici, abbondanti e ben cucinati, serviti rapidamente da personale attento e gentile. I fuori menu sono sfiziosi e consentono di assaggiare le specialità di stagione e del luogo. Si può mangiare nella veranda esterna, con vista meravigliosa sulle Alpi che al tramonto si tingono di arancione. Da provare assolutamente !

27/04/2025: Esperienza culinaria indimenticabile dopo una piacevole camminata nei boschi sopra Madonna di Campiglio. In una baita caratteristica ed accogliente, abbiamo pranzato magnificamente degustando piatti tipici del Trentino preparati con cura e con materie prime di qualità. Consiglio: rosti di patate e speck, ravioli di cervo, capriolo con polenta e torta linzer (ricetta segretissima). Personale attento e cortese. Paolo Beatrice Supervisor

24/08/2025: Yesterday morning, August 23, 2025, my wife and I took a bike ride from Trento to Lavis. Once we arrived, we decided to enjoy a coffee, a cappuccino, and two "cannellini with cream." Before ordering the pastries, I asked the very kind waitress a specific question: "ARE THE CANNELLINI BEANS FRESH?" The response was one of surprise, due to the unusual question, and then, with determination, the girl said, "Absolutely fresh." We approved the cannellini. Shortly after, everything was on our table, accompanied by the waitress's charming smile. At first glance, the cream seemed two-toned, so much so that I considered calling the girl back and refusing the pastries. However, my wife urged me to desist and try them. Upon checking, we were both in no doubt: the cannellini were "FRESH, yes, but from the fridge." Their estimated age was... x... days! My wife went to pay, expressing her disappointment. The cashier, who was definitely not Silvano Andreolli (the owner of the business), responded to the complaint by confirming that the cannellini beans had been prepared the same day, starting at 4:00 AM. This was a necessary response, especially given the large crowd of customers near the register who inadvertently overheard the exchange. Assuming the cashier is right, another question arises. But what caused the cream's rapid change in color and the millefeuille's elasticity? Readers have their own personal observations.

21/07/2025: We booked a table for lunch late in the morning. When we arrived, the staff couldn't find our reservation. Then, they seated us outside as requested. We ordered fettuccine alla boscaiola and polenta with mushrooms and venison stew. Less than three minutes later, our dishes arrived: drained pasta with a mixture of mushrooms on top, not even stirred, and partly cold: flavorless. The stew was dry, with some tough pieces as if they were from the day before, and flavorless mushrooms. The polenta was acceptable. Cover charge €2. I don't recommend it.

20/07/2025: The food was delicious, but the service was completely inattentive. We waited a long time for everything. It took us 2 hours to have lunch here.

28/07/2025: We had a takeaway pizza. The taste was okay. However, for the first time, I had a pizza capricciosa with peppers instead of olives. Unfortunately, that's not my thing. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

31/07/2025: I spent a wonderful week with my family at this hotel. The property is welcoming, family-friendly, and surrounded by nature. What made our stay truly special was the owners' friendliness. Gianni, the owner, was available to suggest walks and excursions, and he also offered us a tasting of local cheeses and cured meats, demonstrating his deep connection to the region. The waiters—Alex the maitre d', Agostino our waiter, and the other two serving staff—were always available and ready to satisfy our every request with a smile and politeness. The food was excellent, thanks to chef Vincenzo, who gave us a true culinary experience, delighting us with typical Trentino dishes. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay.

26/07/2025: A summer vacation in the mountains seeking relaxation, silence, nature, and woodland walks led us by pure chance to book a stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we appreciated the unique atmosphere, the tastefully furnished rooms made even more welcoming by soft background music and a pleasant scent that immediately encouraged relaxation. The room was very comfortable, intimate, yet thoughtfully designed. Impeccably clean, the mattresses were truly comfortable, and the thoughtful touch of providing two pillows of different heights for each guest made all the difference. But the beating heart of this place is the team that manages it. The welcome was genuine and authentic, with a helpfulness and kindness that remained with us throughout our stay. Special thanks go to Gianni, the owner, always ready to recommend trails and routes for our mountain hikes and for introducing us to the authentic flavors of the area through the tastings he offered. And the dining room... well, it is undoubtedly the hotel's crown jewel. The culinary offerings are top-notch, with a rich buffet of appetizers and main courses served at the table, expertly prepared to order. Each course, from the presentation to the refined flavor, reveals the great expertise of Chef Vincenzo, who delighted us with typical specialties and risottos that were nothing short of unbeatable. But what transformed each dinner into an authentic experience was the exceptional humanity of the dining room staff. The dining room is their stage: maître d' Alex directs every service with impeccable professionalism and an almost telepathic attention, ensuring that everything is perfect with a grace and care that goes far beyond mere duty, not to mention his extraordinary ability to anticipate desires and fulfill every request, even the most unusual. And then Agostino, our waiter, with his ever-attentive presence and spontaneous thoughtfulness, who always accompanied each course with the precious gift of a sincere smile and a perfectly timed joke, making each dinner pleasantly welcoming and full of family warmth. These people are what make a place truly special. What can I say... we were looking for a vacation to rest our bodies, and we found a place that regenerates our souls. We found so much more than a hotel: a welcoming home, a smiling family, and an experience we will cherish forever. Thank you for everything.

15/09/2025: The Sacher torte was good, the only thing I tried. They ask for it with or without cream, but they don't tell you that the cream costs €1. I would have ordered it anyway, but they should at least mention it. The staff wasn't particularly friendly.

29/08/2025: We stopped to buy some typical products and, along the way, discovered they also had something to eat. Delicious sandwiches and truly excellent tortel! The place is cute and very welcoming. The only downside? The young waiter: we're in Italy, and if a law is fair, there's no point in arguing about it being an Italian law. Otherwise, everything else was fine.
