06/08/2025: We've been going there every morning for at least five years, having our cappuccino and brioche. Manu and Mich are the waiters in the morning. They make the best cappuccino and are super sweet and friendly. I can't confirm what's written here about the restrooms. They're spotlessly clean! We were also there in the afternoon to have the classic toast! And they were the best toast in town, just like they used to be everywhere in Italy. We love the atmosphere there and will continue to eat our coffee and toast there whenever we're there in the future. We look forward to seeing you next year. 27/08/2025: A very welcoming place where you're greeted with courtesy and kindness by the staff: they're very helpful with customers and readily offer explanations. We had the wildburgers, which are usually not easy to find on a menu. These burgers are made with venison, sour cream, red cabbage, and crispy speck, all accompanied by finely roasted potatoes. Delicious, a must-try dish. We spent a little more than a pizza, but the gourmet sandwich will stay with us forever. I recommend it, and next time I'm in Folgaria, I'll check out the menu to see if I find anything special.

22/08/2025: I happened to stop by this village to charge my electric car. It's such a beautiful and vibrant atmosphere, with delicious coffee and stunning scenery. The staff are incredibly friendly. I asked what kind of pastries they had, and they suggested, "Shall we go inside and pick some out together?"

28/08/2025: We wanted pizza, but which one? We tried the Viandante pizza for two, chosen by the pizza chef. I liked it, in fact I really liked the toppings he put on it, and I have to say that the dough was also really good. However, it's a shame about the location, which is a bit lost and you can't figure out how to get in. However, all in all, we had a great time.

26/08/2025: If you want to eat at a slightly lower price than in the city of Rovereto, this is the place to be. The atmosphere is dated, with few but friendly staff. The pizza is decent and the meat is good, but there's a bit of a wait. Average dinner price is €18-€25. Takeout is popular. I found the restaurant entrance difficult to reach because it's on a side street.

11/08/2025: We stopped by to order two takeout pizzas, they gave us a time, and we returned at that time, only to find out 10 minutes later that they didn't know when they could put them in the oven. 25 minutes later, they were about to deliver them, but with the wrong pizza, and they were asking us if it was okay anyway. So-so service It's a shame because the pizza was also good. It's also a shame

01/08/2025: In Varena, just above Cavalese in Val di Fiemme (TN), you can enjoy truly interesting pizza. It's not the typical thin, flaky pizza found in the area: well-leavened dough, firm, generously sized, with a high, soft crust, and richly topped—basically, classic Neapolitan pizza. We tried the speck and puzzone cheese from Moena (unique) and the Romana, which elsewhere is called Siciliana, one of the best we've ever tried. The old pizza chef has retired, but the new one, starting in January 2025, knows his stuff. We also tried the Neapolitan frittata platter; one portion includes three different flavors. We tried them all, and I must say they were excellent, as well as generously sized. The service was a bit distracted but quick, and the prices were slightly better than average for the valley. The location was scenic. Parking was easy. In short: recommended.

06/08/2025: A very unfriendly experience for customers. This is without a doubt the least customer-friendly restaurant I've ever been to. It turned out we couldn't pay by card, so we were reluctantly directed to a nearby ATM. Upon returning, we were greeted unfriendly again and directed to a secluded table, even though there were plenty of other seats available. We felt like we were being treated differently because we weren't Italian. The atmosphere was so unpleasant that we ultimately decided not to order anything and left without eating. My advice: avoid this place unless you enjoy being treated rudely and unwelcomingly.
