16/10/2025: We've always had super positive experiences! It's our go-to bar for its welcoming atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, reasonable prices, and so much more. The food is excellent value, with a wide variety, from savory to sweet. It's just five minutes from the cathedral, yet it still has an intimate and comfortable atmosphere. We also really appreciate the decor, the refined aesthetics, and the excellent cleanliness. If you're in Trento and don't come to Kikkys, you're missing out! Long live Kikkys and its wonderful staff!

03/09/2025: A great ice cream shop where we are very well received. We are away from the noise of the streets during the day. It's a real break. The ice creams are delicious. Super choco monster!

19/07/2025: Ci torniamo spesso perchè la pizza è davvero molto buona e ben farcita. Consigliamo la "Km zero" con formaggio puzzone e speck. Locale accogliente e personale gentile. La pizzaiola Roberta è super!!

15/09/2025: We had the opportunity to have breakfast at this wonderful café after staying in one of the suites. The wide selection of products allows you to sample both sweet and savory; in addition to the entire coffee and juice section, they offer freshly made strudel, an incredible raspberry jam tart made with special flours (not a typical tart), a basic chocolate cake, pancakes topped with Nutella, honey, and various jams, as well as a selection of cured meats such as speck, cheeses, and scrambled eggs. The waitress was extremely kind and efficient. We will definitely return if we pass by again.

08/09/2025: I can't speak to the food, having only had coffee and a croissant. But the staff is helpful and friendly, and the atmosphere is pleasant. For me, it's the place to go for a carefree coffee in Folgaria.

04/10/2025: The hotel is highly recommended: beautiful, modern rooms with stylish bathrooms, excellent breakfast and dinner, and extremely friendly and attentive staff. Perfect for visiting Trento, the villages along the wine route, or excursions into the mountains.

28/09/2025: The hotel is centrally located, just steps from the bus stop. The rooms are large and clean, with a truly spacious bathroom. It's a truly comfortable place where guests are pampered. The food service is impeccable. Among the staff, I particularly like Francesca, who was incredibly kind and helpful. I will definitely return to this hotel if I ever return to Canazei.

17/09/2025: I came to this cafe with my boyfriend based on the great reviews online. The very kind guy sat us down and took our order. My boyfriend had an iced tea and I had a lactose-free tiramisu, as the guy told me there were absolutely no problems. The iced tea was undrinkable because it was excessively sweetened, but really, a lot, and you could taste it was a very natural tea. My tiramisu (made with coffee, tiramisu, and mascarpone) was served instead of cold coffee with bitter cocoa on top. The guy explained that I had requested lactose-free, so they didn't add the mascarpone. Since I request a lactose-free drink, it means that the regular milk has to be replaced with something else, not that it has to be removed. If I go to a restaurant and ask for a lactose-free tiramisu (and they tell me it's fine), they don't serve me a cup of coffee and a ladyfinger. Does that make sense to you? The mascarpone simply needs to be replaced with lactose-free milk. So I tried to drink as much of the plain iced coffee as possible so as not to waste it. I get to the counter and the girl initially tries to charge me the same as a tiramisu, even increasing it by 50 cents over the regular price. Only after I complained that there wasn't much tiramisu because the mascarpone and ladyfinger were missing did she charge me the same as a regular iced coffee, which is what I was served. I've never had anything like this happen to me. At a restaurant or even just at a bar, if I ask for something lactose-free, I'm served the same thing but without the lactose. It's not like I ask for a lactose-free cappuccino and they bring me a coffee because I can't drink milk. Very disappointed. Plus, at the table we were sitting at, we almost always ran the risk of a car hitting me. A terrible experience.

01/11/2025: I bought a cake as a gift. I explained that I had to travel about an hour and a half, and to ensure its preservation, I asked for a Styrofoam box, which I was willing to pay for. Nothing. I had to insist on this damned box, which they said was useless. But if I wanted the box and paid for it, what's the problem? I was on the verge of leaving.

13/04/2025: Locale perfetto per ogni tipo di occasione.. anche per toglierti la voglia di mangiare del buon pesce. Ordinata, per non correre il rischio di non trovarla, abbiamo mangiato un ottima ed abbondantissima frittura di pesce, asciutta e buonissima, per finire con dolci che squisiti è dir poco. Lo staff sempre gentile e professionale. Come sempre consigliatissimo!!!

19/03/2025: Siamo tornati dopo una prima esperienza positiva e confermiamo la nostra scelta. Personale accogliente, gentile e preparato, cucina strepitosa. Abbiamo scelto la carne salada tipica, una tartare di manzo, un pasticcio con broccoli e carne salada ed il piatto del giorno fenomenale, con pasta fresca all'uovo, condita con punte di asparagi, gamberi e guanciale. Altro punto forte il pane made home. Avremmo voluto assaggiare anche i secondi, ma le porzioni hanno messo a dura prova anche noi buongustai. Bravi ragazzi!

07/12/2025: Probably a good restaurant, but the service was under any standard. We were waiting more than half an hour to be able to order just few drinks. Waiters were asked by us twice to receive the order, but they ignored us completely. After 40 minutes we left and changed for another chalet where the service was nice and immidiate (Marilleva 1400 bar).

15/10/2025: It was one of the best vacations of our lives, and this is undoubtedly thanks in large part to the entire staff at the Alaska Hotel, who made us feel at home for two whole weeks, even with a newborn in tow. Kindness and attention to detail, not to mention the Michelin-starred cuisine. Thank you for everything, and keep up the good work.
