11/10/2025: Understaffed and poorly organized. After an hour of waiting, the waitress informed us that they had run out of dough.
Furthermore, there were 8 of us and they prepared food for 7. We repeatedly asked for an eighth place setting, but it was never brought.

The owner is kind and helpful. The breakfast is delicious, featuring excellent homemade products.

05/11/2025: We had a wonderful time at the HI Hotel Torbole. Our room had a large covered balcony with a beautiful view, and the hotel is in a quiet location, yet you can quickly reach the town and the lake. The panoramic hiking trail near the hotel is also highly recommended.
We used the small sauna area with the whirlpool and the heated outdoor pool daily. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good and varied. Our only minor suggestion for improvement: the stairs to the bike room in the basement were a bit difficult for our e-bikes; perhaps another solution could be found for this. Otherwise, everything was great! We'll be back, thank you for everything!
14/10/2025: I had a wonderful time at this hotel, where I spent three nights.
The double room we had wasn't very large and had limited space to store your things.
The view of the lake was beautiful. My room had a terrace overlooking the lake, but there are rooms that overlook the internal courtyard. The location is a 15-minute walk from Torbole, up an uphill road.
The continental breakfast was excellent, and the spa was well-maintained and ideal for recovering from a day exploring the mountains. The spa should be included for all guests at no additional cost.
