The room was clean, quiet, and the beds were comfortable. It was a shame it was a bit cold and you couldn't adjust the temperature yourself. The staff was courteous and friendly. Breakfast was quite extensive for low season, although I would have appreciated a little more savory options. But otherwise, everything was fine.

It is located in the center of Campitello di Fassa and is always open whenever it is appropriate for both coffee and food. We sat down for food and coffee. The staff was very kind and the place was neat. Because we were staying in the village we also got coffee the next day take away which was very good and prices were normal. If you pass through the village or stay here, choose it for food or coffee, it is a very good choice.

Delicious food, especially the lasagna! The waiters were quick and friendly, especially Sergio – thank you! For Poles, we recommend coming for the pasta and meat – excellent quality and flavor!

26/03/2026: I live there for 2 months because I was working in Tesero. The hotel is very nice. It felt like a home thanks to the staff!
26/02/2026: We stayed at the Hotel Orso Grigio for the second year in a row, precisely because we had such a wonderful time last year. This year, everything we appreciated last year was confirmed: all the rooms are well-kept, spotlessly clean, and fragrant; the wellness area is welcoming, equipped with every comfort; the breakfast is superb, with everything sweet or savory, and the gourmet dinner, with a different selection every evening, is truly the icing on the cake! There's even a children's menu! A special mention goes to all the staff, who are kind and cheerful, and especially to Mrs. Sonia, whom we had the pleasure of meeting again, and whose smile makes everything even warmer!

21/03/2026: The friendly, cozy atmosphere is ideal for a beer and a chat. The sandwiches, consisting of a small, warmed baguette with minimal filling, are modest for the location.
09/03/2026: Excellent location for a ski-lunch stop, for a post skiing apéritive and for a simple cozy friendly dinner away from the cantine crowds! Lovely staff and excellent fast service
