Locanda Margon al di sopra delle aspettative , menù spettacolare piatti eccellenti , staff e chef superlativi. Che dire dopo tanti tanti stallati in Italia e all’estero restare sorpresi a Trento … chapeau 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻❤️

27/06/2025: Wat n geweldig diner bij een bijzondere chefkok! Enorme creativiteit en alles gaf een smaakexplosie. Een absolute aanrader. Aan het eind kwam de chefkok ons nog uitgebreid begroeten.

29/09/2025: We stopped here while in the area to visit Martalar's works and stumbled upon this trattoria by chance, finding it on the road and frequented by motorcyclists. The food is good and typical of the area; we ordered two main courses, which were both satisfying. The only downside is the wait for service; we arrived at 12:30 and left two hours later. A young woman seats you, half an hour later asks for your drink order, another half hour later the owner comes by to ask for your food order, and half an hour later you have everything ready and ready to eat. Fortunately, the prices are fair. At least a complimentary liqueur should be offered to those who wait that long.

27/09/2025: We stopped in the first time for an aperitivo and it wasn't a great experience. We tried again two years later for lunch, almost by chance, and we were very satisfied. The food is of excellent quality and craftsmanship. The prices aren't like those of a tavern, but they're not outrageous, in line with the quality of the dishes. The atmosphere is simple but clean and tidy. The staff is top-notch.

30/09/2025: A trattoria like most of us, I think, imagine. In a quiet corner of a small village yet very close to both the highway and a provincial road, a warm atmosphere with the decor you'd expect from a trattoria, friendly owners, and modest but tasty dishes. Attention! Open only for lunch, although 7 days a week. Ideal for a stopover for travelers passing through these parts at the "right" time, and for workers in the surrounding area.

The idea of ​​a single dish is excellent so as not to give up the first course (phenomenal!) for those who need to stay light or fear the afternoon driving rush. Super recommended Ps. Excellent choice of side dishes too, which is not to be taken for granted at lunch with a fixed menu

20/09/2025: I asked for a slice of cake and a coffee at the bar. They told me that since there was a wedding, they couldn't have anything... that seems excessive. It's not like a customer would book a coffee and a pastry at the bar... It's a shame because the walk to get here is very beautiful.

24/08/2025: Surrounded by greenery and just steps from the charming Roccolo del Sauch, discovered by chance while mountain biking above Faedo. Welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, truly delicious traditional Trentino dishes (polenta, cured meats, rabbit, and homemade desserts). Excellent value, outdoor spaces perfect for relaxing with family or friends. Highly recommended!

12/09/2025: I only had breakfast, but I want to say that the croissants were really good, soft and easy to digest... Fast service. Recommended for a good breakfast.

19/08/2025: We went for breakfast, excellent croissants and cappuccino, good food in general, very good, even the waiter, a kind and affable guy, the only criticism was that 1 table for 4 was a little too small and the plates were too big 😁

26/09/2025: The place and food are very good. Special praise goes to the young people who work there. They're all young, of various nationalities, but all have a unique sense of politeness, service, and courtesy. I have all my respect for them. I absolutely recommend it.

21/09/2025: Had lunch today in this beautiful little place, excellent platter of cured meats, cheeses, and compotes, delicious, also tried a very good salted meat...... the owner is very friendly and his daughter is excellent at serving...... congratulations....

09/09/2025: Loved it!! We ate really well and got the price right (about €27 per person, including half a glass of wine on tap, which was also delicious). The carne salada was among the best I've ever had. A must-see if you visit the village!!
