27/10/2025: My partner and I stayed at this wonderful hotel for a weekend. We'd never been to Folgaria before, so we decided to treat ourselves to this gem for our anniversary. I really want to give it a shout-out: the facility is impeccable, the room is wonderful, clean, and equipped with every comfort, the spa is wonderful, allowing you to truly unwind and recharge while enjoying the peaceful mountain views, and the food is impeccable and top-quality. We were truly satisfied with both dinner and breakfast. But the real highlight, in my opinion, is the staff, incredibly kind and friendly. I frequent a lot of hotels, and I've never encountered staff like them. Special praise goes to the waiters; specifically, we were often served by Youssef and Arcangelo, who were kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a break in nature. It's worth it, and we'll definitely be back. The only thing I'd like to point out is that more attention should be paid to ensuring spa reservations are adhered to and, above all, to maintaining quiet. But this, of course, often depends on the guests' manners, not the staff. See you next year!!

26/10/2025: We had a wonderful time at this hotel, where everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail. Special thanks to the manager, a highly professional yet equally courteous and helpful person. He makes guests feel at ease, ensuring nothing is left to chance. The food was excellent, on par with Michelin-starred restaurants, with impeccable service. The spa and staff were also top-notch! A relaxing weekend, definitely worth repeating!

03/10/2025: A good restaurant. When it first opened, it only served à la carte. You paid for it, but the ingredients were excellent. Since they introduced the "all you can eat" option, the quality has dropped dramatically, which is a shame. Otherwise, the service is quick and there's a lot of variety. Although I think they've limited you to three sashimi per person in the evening, which, considering the price for dinner, is a bit of a shame.

18/09/2025: All-You-Can-Eat Japanese restaurant. Great prices, but above all, excellent quality. Friendly and efficient staff. Large, polite venue. Highly recommended!

23/09/2025: Huge parking lot, the food isn't bad, both fish and meat, the waiters are very kind, the only flaw is the guy at the cash register, he gets annoyed with anything you ask him, he's not a good salesman. Otherwise, it's ok.

10/09/2025: Excellent place, beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The service is 10 out of 10. There's a small parking lot for 4 or 5 cars. There's a large public parking lot almost opposite.

16/09/2025: Welcoming, clean, and conveniently located with the bike path just a meter from the parking lot! The breakfast isn't up to par with the area, but the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and quiet despite the nearby road!

04/07/2025: We were driving home from Tuscany to Germany and, on a whim, chose a pizzeria near the highway. The pizzas were delicious, the salad was large. The chili oil served was nice and spicy. The price/performance ratio, just like the restaurant name, was really good.

Ambiente informale ma curato nei dettagli, con servizio di assoluta qualità - menzione speciale alla cameriera super professionale ma anche molto simpatica. La cucina a vista consente anche di parlare con lo chef e di fargli i complimenti in tempo reale. Il titolare, nonché chef, Corrado trasmette energia e passione per il suo lavoro, e il risultato è una cucina interessante e fuori dagli standard, un'autentica esperienza. Si mangia bene, le porzioni sono abbondanti, lasciate un posto per i dolci che sono la specialità di Corrado. Menzione speciale per le frittelle di mele che fanno tornare bambini

16/04/2025: Posto tipico e accogliente con cucina a vista. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Il cibo è ottimo. Noi abbiamo preso: polpette di cavolo con uvetta, tagliatelle al ragù di cinghiale, spaghetti di patate con speck teroldego e trentingrana, tiramisù. Se capitate a Trento è un posto che consiglio.

30/08/2025: Family dinner for three. We ordered two starters and two main courses. The food wasn't fresh but tolerable, except for the bones in the fried fish, which were extremely greasy. A Margherita pizza, definitely not among the best, barely tasted like a pizza once it cooled. They forgot about dessert. I waited half an hour for a tiramisu, which was completely ignored. Another waiter came to ask for dessert, and he brought it right after we'd waited a long time. The waiters' attitude is beyond reproach. This isn't typical train food; I definitely wouldn't recommend it.
