We ate pizza, the dough was good overall, but some ingredients could be improved or used fresh ones, for example the porcini mushrooms in oil were really awful and flavorless, thrown on top without draining them, the pizza was ruined because it was full of oil, the one with speck was drier!.... shame.

My girlfriend and I only stayed two days in Folgaria. The first night we had dinner here and it made a great impression: the atmosphere is very nice and welcoming, the food is truly delicious, and above all, the service is exceptional, with the waiters friendly and patient.
The second night, after dining at another pizzeria, I felt the urge to try their pizza, which far exceeded my expectations.
The desserts were so good that both my girlfriend and I ordered the same ones we had the night before.
This is a long review because this place, which has captured my heart in just two days, deserves to be mentioned.

We went without a reservation and there was no problem. The waiter speaks a little Spanish, very friendly, and the girl was too. The food was very good. The charcuterie board was excellent and the polenta with mushrooms was spectacular. And the tiramisu was a great choice for dessert.

Pizzeria and restaurant, with slightly below-average prices. Here in Folgaria, I'd say it's a sure thing: the pizza is just the right amount of soft, but the SPAGHETTI alla chitarra with garlic, oil, and chili pepper are AMAZING, and the portions are for those who know how to use a fork! The ones with game ragù are also noteworthy. The desserts are delicious. The staff is courteous and friendly. The only downside is don't ask for the savory meat dish: it's good, but the portions are ridiculous and they overcharge.

The waiter was very friendly, and the pizza with carne salada and lemon was very good, along with the balsamic vinegar the waiter recommended. Unfortunately, the crema catalana was a bit disappointing. €50 for two was fair. Plus, we had a long wait, but the waiter promptly apologized.
