One of the rare certainties in Trento. Bubbles served with great experience and knowledge. Always packed, it's now the only true Boss of aperitifs. I recommend raising the prices to discourage people with meager budgets like the guy who commented a few lines before me...

26/03/2026: The piadina dough is exceptional, with top-quality ingredients and friendly staff. I'd recommend warming the piadina well (it's probably a coincidence, but the mozzarella was cold and not melted with the ingredients, so I added less salt to the cooked zucchini, to my taste). I definitely recommend it.
11/03/2026: If you want Piadina with a capital P in Rovereto, you can't miss Enrico and Arianna! The best!
