A pleasant place to eat at the end of the slopes in Fondo Grande, both indoors and outdoors. The kiosk with tables is nice, offering good sandwiches and piadinas at reasonable prices to enjoy while sunbathing. The only downside is that you can't hear any music... The speaker blasting rap music (a big word!) isn't pleasant enough, but it's supposed to be relaxing. Plus, if you have to listen to a lot of "f**k, s**k motherf****r," "I f**k you fat motherf****r"... No thanks.

The owners are wonderful people, you feel like you're part of the family, and the food is truly exceptional. Highly recommended.

We stumbled upon this place by chance and I must say we were pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and the value for money was excellent.

From the moment I set foot there, I was won over by the warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a break after a day of skiing or a relaxed dinner with friends. The restaurant is truly ideally located directly on the Folgaria slopes and offers a casual yet refined atmosphere. The food is absolutely delicious: I tried several grilled specialties, and every dish was flavorful and beautifully presented. The pork shank and the tagliata were among my favorites, tasty and perfect with the craft beers on tap. Another thing I really appreciated was the friendliness of the staff and Mr. Tommaso: always smiling, helpful, and ready to recommend the best menu items, making the experience even more enjoyable. My friends and I will definitely be back, and I recommend it without hesitation.

I was on vacation with my friends in a Trentino town called Fondo Grande, about an hour from Trento, and during my stay I was fortunate enough to stumble upon this very characteristic restaurant. The food was excellent, the prices reasonable despite being close to the ski slopes, and above all, we were greeted with kindness and cordiality by Mr. Tommaso, the owner, who immediately showed us his trademark attentiveness, in addition to his genuine friendliness. We will cherish a wonderful memory of our vacation, thanks in part to this experience, which, while simply a simple dinner, will remain in our hearts forever. Highly recommended.

Quick service. Friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful food. We ordered the hamburger (meat cooked to perfection), pork ribs (meat falling off the bone and melting in your mouth with a wonderful chocolate sauce), and the ciabatta with pork and delicious caramelized onions. All accompanied by perfectly crispy rustic potatoes.

I've been there in the winter, especially during the Christmas holidays: the atmosphere is comfortable and modern, with unique details. The owners are wonderful people, capable of satisfying their guests' needs. I'm celiac and had a great time eating there, with a varied and very good selection. For ski lovers, know that it's right on the slopes! The selection of drinks is also excellent!
