26/08/2025: A welcoming place, a little sparse in the sense that I feel it lacks a bit of liveliness in terms of customer entertainment, perhaps due to the limited staff (two, owner and waitress). Still, it's a quiet place where you can truly enjoy your meal in peace. Food: good, even the meat, in my opinion, is above average in Trentino. The price is perhaps a little high, especially if you're Tuscan. However, the quality/price comparison isn't quite right for the meat, in my opinion. Although, again, for a Trentino native, I'd say it holds its own more than well. One small point: I would have liked someone to ask for the Florentine steak to be cooked rare, but everything was excellent. The owner is truly down-to-earth. I'll definitely return with family and friends to try the pasta dishes and the meat again, perhaps weighing a few kilos this time 😂 given how delicious it was. Overall, I recommend it and will definitely return!! I recommend booking.

04/07/2025: We were driving home from Tuscany to Germany and, on a whim, chose a pizzeria near the highway. The pizzas were delicious, the salad was large. The chili oil served was nice and spicy. The price/performance ratio, just like the restaurant name, was really good.

30/08/2025: Family dinner for three. We ordered two starters and two main courses. The food wasn't fresh but tolerable, except for the bones in the fried fish, which were extremely greasy. A Margherita pizza, definitely not among the best, barely tasted like a pizza once it cooled. They forgot about dessert. I waited half an hour for a tiramisu, which was completely ignored. Another waiter came to ask for dessert, and he brought it right after we'd waited a long time. The waiters' attitude is beyond reproach. This isn't typical train food; I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

Ambiente informale ma curato nei dettagli, con servizio di assoluta qualità - menzione speciale alla cameriera super professionale ma anche molto simpatica. La cucina a vista consente anche di parlare con lo chef e di fargli i complimenti in tempo reale. Il titolare, nonché chef, Corrado trasmette energia e passione per il suo lavoro, e il risultato è una cucina interessante e fuori dagli standard, un'autentica esperienza. Si mangia bene, le porzioni sono abbondanti, lasciate un posto per i dolci che sono la specialità di Corrado. Menzione speciale per le frittelle di mele che fanno tornare bambini

16/04/2025: Posto tipico e accogliente con cucina a vista. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Il cibo è ottimo. Noi abbiamo preso: polpette di cavolo con uvetta, tagliatelle al ragù di cinghiale, spaghetti di patate con speck teroldego e trentingrana, tiramisù. Se capitate a Trento è un posto che consiglio.

24/08/2025: Surrounded by greenery and just steps from the charming Roccolo del Sauch, discovered by chance while mountain biking above Faedo. Welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, truly delicious traditional Trentino dishes (polenta, cured meats, rabbit, and homemade desserts). Excellent value, outdoor spaces perfect for relaxing with family or friends. Highly recommended!

27/07/2025: A small hotel just a few kilometers from Lake Ledro. The rooms are clean and comfortable; ours was small but perfect for one night. The bathroom was clean and equipped with a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries (shampoo, soap, and glasses). A generous breakfast included fresh croissants and warm pancakes. The owner and staff were helpful and welcoming. The hotel also has a tobacconist and restaurant, making it an excellent base for exploring the beauty of Lake Ledro.

02/06/2025: Small, cozy and comfortable hotel near Lake Ledro. The owner is very friendly and helpful, the staff is young and professional. Excellent food, impeccable cleanliness. We spent a beautiful weekend. Highly recommended for the peace and quiet of this small town, the scene of important historical events.

23/08/2025: Great service, the gentleman and lady are incredibly nice, they speak English, I understand everything, and they understand me too. Helpful. Prices... if you're a meter from 2100 meters, you can't say it's expensive. In fact, it's only a little more expensive. A super enjoyable visit.

05/09/2025: A regular stop on my summer vacation in Folgaria (before dinner), where I can enjoy an excellent beer without having to worry about driving since the car is parked. There are tons of beers to try here, of all kinds, but don't worry, the staff is knowledgeable and will be able to recommend something based on your tastes. But if you're lucky enough to enjoy any beer and have time...try them all!!! PS: On weekends, they always play great music during happy hour to liven up the area; definitely check it out!

02/09/2025: For over 10 years now, we've been coming to this refuge every chance we get to enjoy excellent local food at absolutely fair prices. The staff is, as always, extremely friendly, and the place is managed with great care. The food is very good, never disappoints, and the berry tart, in my opinion, is certainly memorable—a real treat, the best I've ever eaten. I recommend it!

25/08/2025: A week ago we stayed at the Dolomia refuge, located in a simply stunning location at the foot of the Marmolada. The view of the mountain is spectacular, and the refuge offers a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the owner did everything she could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. It's the ideal place to relax and enjoy the Dolomites.
