A vast selection of risottos (about 175 varieties). We opted for an oriental risotto (curry and chicken) and a summer one (porcini, zucchini, and scamorza). Both were excellent and the portions generous (the portion served for one person at other restaurants is for two). I recommend checking the menu online in advance, otherwise you won't have enough time to choose your favorite. We also ordered dessert: giant profiteroles...delicious. We left the restaurant feeling full but satisfied. If we return to the Ledro Valley, we'll definitely return. We made reservations, but I think it's a good idea since the restaurant was packed.

Pizzeria Centrale

03/04/2026: Wonderful pizza restaurant in the outskirts of Arco. Really tasty! For the Pizza Bianca d’Inverno and a beer. Service was quick. We were there on then opening day, so a lot of fuzz and noice, but the waiters handled it great.
03/04/2026: We found the pizzeria through Google and got a table without a reservation, although it was time-limited. The pizza, as is often the case with other guests, was very good – top quality. The salad wasn't to our taste, but the price was okay. The service was very good, however, the noise level was very high, as the guests were already talking very loudly, and this was further amplified by the otherwise beautiful old vaulted ceiling.

26/03/2026: Highly recommended for those who don't have much time for lunch. The ladies in the dining room are very kind and always smiling, and the service is fast and perfect. Excellent product quality and price, and the dishes are delicious. Compliments to the chef.
