We stumbled upon it by chance after a beautiful view of Trento. The atmosphere was delightful. Silvana, the proletarian, was very professional. My husband, who is celiac, immediately explained precisely what he could eat. Everything was delicious, including an excellent glass of rosé. The staff was very kind and attentive, I highly recommend it. The chef was very talented, and the breadsticks he made were excellent, as was the bread. We hope to return.

A superb gourmet experience with a view!
Dining at Bistrot Trento Alta was a true sensory experience. The gourmet cuisine is simply superb: each dish is a perfect balance of flavors, plated with artistic care that previews the excellence of the taste. You can taste the exceptional quality of the ingredients and the mastery of the chef.
The service deserves special mention: the staff is impeccable, welcoming, knowledgeable, and never intrusive, making you feel pampered from appetizer to dessert.
Add to all this the stunning location, and the picture is perfect. A well-deserved five stars, we'll definitely be back.

We went here for lunch after taking the cable car up for th view.
I was surprised by the creative twists on some classics.
We had the trout with fennel, and the gnocchi with ragu and both were excellent. We tried the 'apple revisited' and it was impressive and not your standard strudel.
The service was fast and friendly, and they had some non-alcoholic beer and mocktail options.

The food at this restaurant is excellent: the bread and pasta are homemade, the ingredients are carefully selected, the salmon is cooked and prepared to perfection, the wine is excellent, and the desserts are delicious. It's worth taking the cable car just to eat here. It was a pleasant surprise.
