The ice cream is good, but the prices are truly exorbitant. While I understand the price increase for raw materials, I think they're definitely too high.

I happened to be passing by Via Grazioli and saw a lot of people queuing outside this ice cream shop. Intrigued, I got in line. I got a tub with 3 flavors: Cremino, Sacher, and 'you weren't expecting it'. The sales assistant who served me was very kind and professional. From now on, if I need an ice cream in the city, I know where to go. Super quality and super service. Delicious ice cream!

This isn't the first time I've had gelato here over the years, and as always, it's truly delicious! But this time, I was pleasantly surprised and happy to find so many lactose-free treats, given that I recently discovered my intolerance. Quality, courtesy, and so much care, thank you!
