26/12/2025: We'd like to thank the hotel and all the staff for the wonderful Christmas week we spent. Everything was perfect: from the quality of the food to the entertainment, to the constant availability of the owners. Every member of staff always greeted us with a smile, making us feel truly at ease.
The rooms were soundproofed and always spotlessly clean. Refined dinners and carefully selected wines. Impeccable service.
The entertainment team was always available with a packed program of events and experiences for both children and adults.
We will take home a wonderful memory of your hospitality. Thank you for everything, and see you soon.

23/12/2025: The hotel Monroc is very good with nice outdoor swimming pool and spa zone (4 sauna + 2 jacuzzi). Also the hotel guests can park their cars into the garage. For skiers, there is a big 'ski room' where you can store yours skis, and ski boots (heaters available for it). All hotel's staff are very professional and very hospitable. The food in hotel is ecellent, even my wife suffering of food allergy, she had not any problems with nutrition during our stay in hotel, a big thanks to hotel's Chef and Ms. Julia!
The room is nice, modernly decorated, big with the balcony.
Hotel's location is perfect, very close to cable car, just abt. 50 meters far.
We recommend this hotel and we will come back again!

Reservations recommended; the staff are friendly and welcoming.

30/01/2026: First of all, my opinion concerns the restaurant, as I have not stayed at this inn. The place is well-kept, with a contemporary Alpine style, friendly and knowledgeable staff, delicious and plentiful dishes, and a fair price.
12/01/2026: Excellent location and wonderful welcome! In particular, Mr. Giuseppe, the property manager, is always very attentive and friendly. He always responds promptly to any requests. Excellent food and a plentiful breakfast. Lots to enjoy. The location offers many walks for all tastes. The place is a great place to unwind from the stresses of the city and work.

09/09/2025: Perhaps because we were having dinner before closing time, the waitress rushed us to order at 8:30 because the kitchen closed! "At 8:30!"
The menu was limited and completely inconsistent with the published menu. It lacked vegetables and legumes, offering bland options like soy, tempeh, seitan, carbonara, etc. They were cooked well, yes, but if you go to Lidl, you can find everything and cook it at home in minutes. This is meant as a tip for the management. Vegans want to eat traditional Italian dishes, all veganized, of course: tortelli, polenta, mushrooms, strangolapreti, canederli, etc. So, from two chefs who have been VEGAN for over twenty years, a three-star rating is primarily for supporting a cuisine free from suffering.

12/11/2025: The beers are unique and original in both quality and style, the result of passion and dedication in both production and presentation. We've purchased both directly from the brewery and through the website, and the responsiveness and service are excellent, so much so that we've gifted BIONOC vouchers to friends who can now buy whatever they want, whenever they want. We recommend a tasting of BIONOC beers and, possibly, a visit to the brewery: it'll be a wonderful experience.

08/09/2025: Very welcoming place, friendly and fast staff. Yesterday, upon returning from the Rifugio Larcher, we were warmly welcomed. The dishes are exquisite, and the prices are reasonable for the quality, but, in my opinion, never excessive. Overall, a lovely stop for a break.

The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, perfect for a snack with friends or a more relaxed evening. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the fast service makes the experience even more enjoyable.
