Lovely place, beautiful peaceful surroundings, really delicious coffee (actually the only speciality coffee we could find in the Trento area 😀) We’ve tried several beans and they were all very nice :) 100% recommend

Infinite thanks to Raimondo for his welcome and hospitality. We visited this small roastery's shop to buy quality coffee, but we didn't expect to find such expertise and passion. We tasted some delicious products while learning a little about the world of coffee. It was a journey! We'll definitely be back; after drinking coffee at Druper, there's no going back.

We were on vacation in the Lavis area, we arrived at closing time and asked if we could see the products... and they showed them to us with explanations and we had their coffee. On Sunday morning we opened a package and I have to say, super super super super 💯 a fabulous coffee.... congratulations....

Absolutely perfect roastery where you can have coffee! We got homemade local desserts from the owner. When he made us an espresso and it wasn't quite the way I like it, he tried to make me a custom blend and really knew where to go with it, finally I got a coffee other than burnt in Italy. Definitely stop here if you're not in a hurry!

16/12/2025: A very beautiful hotel, with well-kept rooms and a staff that truly exceeded our expectations; everyone was incredibly kind. We stayed with two large dogs, and everyone was very hospitable and accommodating. We usually come to Canazei once a year, and this will definitely be our go-to hotel. The restaurant was also truly excellent; I admit we were skeptical about the food, considering it's a vegan restaurant, but we changed our minds on the first night. Congratulations again to everyone. See you next year!
12/09/2025: The three days I spent at Hotel Pordoi were very special to me. Besides the splendid location, I was pampered by the attentive, helpful, precise, and knowledgeable staff. I slept and ate well. The welcome was warm, and the wellness area was an area I truly enjoyed. The kindness of the staff and the skill of the kitchen in introducing local flavors to vegetarian cuisine were remarkable. Thank you for hosting me for the short time I stayed, but it was enough to fall in love with the place. Thank you for your hospitality and helpfulness.
