I migliori ristoranti in Pisa

24/07/2025: Cibo mediocre. Arriva freddo poiché appoggiato su quel nastro, gira per il locale più volte. Il riso molto appiccicoso. I ravioli erano molto gommosi e il loro ripieno apparentemente insapore. 1 su 2 involtini primavera inoltre presentava capelli all’interno. Tuttavia, la nota più dolente rimane la scortesia dei dipendenti (o titolare) che fa passare la voglia di ritornarci. In aggiunta, come se non bastasse, ci ha negato (ridendo) la possibilità di avere i biscotti della fortuna, elemento caratteristico, dichiarando di non averli quando, invece, erano visibili nel cassetto accanto alla cassa. È la terza volta che vado in questo locale, per la particolarità del nastro, e già in passato hanno tenuto lo stesso comportamento, non è stata una casualità.

02/07/2025: A pleasant and welcoming restaurant both aesthetically and thanks to the super friendly and attentive staff. We enjoyed phenomenal pappardelle with wild boar as well as all the other dishes. If you want to feel at home, stop by here!

19/05/2025: I went for a confirmation, there were ten of us with lunch already decided but the service was poor, we waited a long time between one course and the other and several people who arrived after us moved on, we were among the first to arrive and were the last to leave. The food was good, the Tuscan appetizer with poor quality cold cuts, croutons and the spoon polenta was insignificant, lumpy and poor quality like flour, most likely the instant kind. First course, pappardelle with wild boar where you could only taste the tomato and no wild boar, acceptable meat tortelli but not the best. Second course, tagliata with green pepper, really insignificant, I won't say anything else for those who like meat. I won't be returning.

13/07/2025: Ho avuto un'ottima esperienza. Servizio preciso, veloce, cordiale. Camerieri e cameriere solari ed educati, alla mano. Mi è stato riferito che anche il titolare sia una persona a modo e molto disponibile. Il ristorante ha un ampio spazio esterno, verde e curato, sembra ricordare i bei agriturismi. C'è anche un mini parco giochi per bambini, che evita che scorrazzino in giro per il ristorante ma restino concentrati in un punto, sotto lo sguardo dei genitori. Passiamo al cibo: Antipasto classico, frittini con prosciutto crudo. Semplice sì, ma di qualità, fritto leggero e prosciutto eccelso. Primo: pappardelle al ragù (ero ospite e non mi sono informato sul tipo di ragù), un classico, ma devo dire di aver avvertito quel qualcosa in più nel piatto che ha nettamente distinto una versione casalinga da una versione di ristorante. Ottime. Il secondo: tagliata di manzo, con grana e rucola, già condita. Superlativa, buonissima, un gran colpo. La mia esperienza è stata perfetta, ma mi sento di dare un piccolo consiglio estetico: i tavoli erano di plastica, grigia, il che non è bello. Credo che dovrebbero coprirli con dei copri tovaglia, anche di carta, perché così è brutto e stona con il bell'ambiente complessivo. A parte questo piccolo neo, il resto è stato perfetto, consigliato!

13/06/2025: Here the situation is bipolar. The location is fantastic and very well cared for families and group dinners. Especially in the summer. A very large and well-equipped garden allows you to forget about the smaller children. A beautiful terrace also allows older children to isolate themselves. The closed spaces are a little narrower. We are not on the food, however. Three times great disappointment both in terms of service times (very slow pizza rotation) and quality (poor ingredients and heavy dough). After yet another so-so classy dinner, and with a bit of a stomach ache 24 hours later... I am writing this review hoping to be an incentive to the young and friendly managers to improve the quality of the service and the attention to the food prepared.

25/07/2025: Excellent pizzeria, good food, fast and friendly service. Very punctual and quick, both for pickup and table service. 2 pizzas, 2 craft beers, 2 desserts, and 2 coffees for €44. Prosecco and schiacciatina bread included before dinner.

10/05/2025: Este es un restaurante absolutamente especial con una personalidad muy clara, no dirigido a los turistas, ya que el menú no cuenta con todos los platos típicos de la Toscana que uno encuentra en otros lugares de las ciudades turísticas. La comida es excepcional, preparada con ingredientes excepcionales y con un fuerte enfoque en verduras de temporada (como vegetariano, a menudo me resulta difícil pedir en la mayoría de los restaurantes, especialmente en la Toscana y Piamonte y Lombardía, pero este restaurante tenía seis platos que fácilmente podía pedir muy feliz). La familia cultiva sus propias verduras, y la frescura es palpable en cada uno de los platos. También hornean su propio pan de masa madre y focaccia, ambos deliciosos. Teníamos cinco platos, de los cuales nuestros dos favoritos eran la cecina (una tortita de harina de garbanzos como farinata y socca) cubierta con casa - calabaza en conserva y patatas ahumadas y verduras para bebés, y tagliolini fresco con espárragos y crema de Parmigiano. Los propietarios Fabio y Tatiana son excepcionalmente amables y hospitalarios y su bulldog francés Maya es realmente adorable. ¡Vale la pena parar!

17/04/2025: Cena molto piacevole assaggiando piatti eleganti e ben eseguiti in un ambiente molto ben curato e rilassante. Notevole la parte vegetale che viene elevata a protagonista in molti piatti. Servizio gentile e preciso, la carta dei vini ben studiata e ben gestita dalla sommelier. Costo adeguato alle capacità della cucina

05/05/2025: I didn't expect great ice cream here. The espresso was the best I've had in a long time. All I can say about the staff is that they were very nice and helpful despite the language barrier (there was also water for the dog).

22/04/2025: Average breakfast, appreciable coffee The breakfast offered in this location features non-artisanal products. Overall, the quality is average. A positive point is the coffee, which I found good.

06/07/2025: I dare say that this place is a symbol of the university and proletarian Pisa. It has changed location, however, it is located 50 meters before coming from Corso Italia, on the right.
