26/04/2025: The food is of great quality and the cereal pizza dough is truly excellent. The friendliness of Andrea and the guys who work with him denote professionalism and friendliness to the point of making you feel at home and the environment, although family-like, is decorous and very clean.... It's a real shame that the great work done by these guys is ruined by the unfortunate and rude exits of someone who obviously doesn't work well when under pressure. Those who work in public must know how to manage situations of stress and pressure... railing and shouting in public is of no use as it is harmful to the staff and clearly embarrasses customers. A real shame.

22/04/2025: We enjoyed our dinner, the food is delicious and the portions are generous. Very good pizza. The place does not look very fancy, but the food is worth trying it.

13/04/2025: Went there spontaneously for lunch. Had 2 pasta dishes. Both were outstanding!! :) Price performance also wonderful. Service very nice! The ambience outside could be a bit more inviting, but that didn't bother us. We would love to come back! :)

10/04/2025: I'm in Pisa for a week and I only go to places where I am seen. You are seen at this place and they really have such tasty things. From meat to soup and of course carpaccio. But definitely pasta and even Wagyu. All the eel is so delicious. A great team is working there. And they work so hard! Highly recommended!

12/04/2025: my focaccia wasn't fresh, was very hard to chew, and the ingredients felt the same. I wanted to give it a chance because it is local, didn't seem touristy at all, but was disappointing

05/04/2025: Ho preso due panini da asporto (gentile e light) che da prezzario costavano 5,50 euro l'uno. Arrivata alla cassa la proprietaria mi fa pagare 14, quando le faccio notare che costavano meno lei sorvola dicendo semplicemente "no costano 7 l'uno". Alla fine le indico il cartellone e davanti all'evidenza mi dà un euro di differenza con un espressione del tipo "per un euro fa sto casino". Ora io non sono normalmente polemica su ste cose e probabilmente manco me ne sarei accorta, però chi sta in cassa non può essere così distratto sui conti (comunque nella sua testa i panini costavano più del listino esposto) e se lo ha fatto apposta perché non sono di Pisa e quindi ero di passaggio è peggio ancora. Io consiglio vivamente di star attenti quando entrate in questo panificio.

26/12/2024: At the ''I 4 Venti'' restaurant you can really breathe a homely atmosphere both in the atmosphere and in the excellent dishes. The wild boar macaroni is really good and finishing lunch with mocha coffee is special. Furthermore, the place is beautiful, a walk in the woods around the restaurant is highly recommended after lunch.

30/06/2024: Unfortunately, I am reviewing last time's 5-star rating downwards. They gave us a separate table on the street next to one of the doors where cars were passing by 1 meter away, many of them with zero euro diesels! (If you don't have room when you book just say so). An unpleasant fishy smell came from inside. The food wasn't bad although the tempura cod was soaked in oil and the tagliolini lacked a bit of kick. Good service even if just one waiter running back and forth isn't enough... you're almost afraid to ask him for toothpicks. Sin. A more than positive experience both for the quality of the raw materials and for the workmanship. Attentive and pleasant service. Among those visited in Casciana, this restaurant stands out completely from the others! I don't know what the count is... I haven't finished dinner yet... but when you feel good it's relative!
