06/08/2026: Extremely good pizza!!!! 😋🤤😋🤤 Very good 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Crispy, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection in a wood-fired oven. Very light and easily digestible dough! We ate in the indoor dining rooms... beautiful, well-kept, and clean! Excellent service, very good at managing and accommodating customers (we also had a special request for a pizza), which was fully respected!!! They also made the pizzas quickly. Highly recommended. I'll definitely be back!

05/08/2026: A small pizzeria in the center of San Miniato. The setting is very unique (a former prison), and both the pizzas are excellent, both the traditional and buckwheat ones. Very friendly staff and fast service. We'll definitely be back!
