Nothing special about the place. Situated in a nice, narrow street in Volterra. We tried pasta, wine and aperol. Drinks were good but food was nothing special. Overall - too expensive for the quality. We were little
disappointed with the experience, expected more from 4.5 restaurant.

From our perspective – overrated.
Really nice ambiance, quiet atmosphere, good food, but stingy portions... A glass of wine – maybe just 0.1l – €8! Side salad €7. Dessert from €8. And cover charge €3 per person.
So, for the two of us, without a starter or dessert, just a main course (€19.50/€15) and a glass of wine each, we ended up with a whopping €79.50!!!

A wonderful, calm, and pleasant place. Giulia and Baty took great care of us, serving us with genuine Italian kindness and simplicity! The meal was generous and delicious, the place comfortable and welcoming—honestly, go without hesitation; it was a real treat and a much-appreciated break after visiting Volterra. The true Dolce Vita!

We had amazing experience! The food was delicious, paired with a good wine! 🍷 The atmosphere and design were awesome, you can feel that the owner made it with a heart and love, very authentic furniture and details! Very close to the main square, elegant and very quiet.
We wanted a good Florentine steak and I think we couldn't have chosen a better place! It weighed 1.5kg for two and we didn't even notice, it was so good!
Attentive, helpful, and fast service.
The price was reasonable for the quality.
