We had lunch at this delightful restaurant. Excellent food, impeccable service, and a beautiful location just steps from the Cathedral. They were truly kind, even to my little nephew. Highly recommended. We'll be back.

We had lunch outside this wonderfully appointed restaurant. Lovely friendly and attentive staff. Freshly made tuna pizza was excellent. Very upmarket toilet clean facilities ( always a good sign of a good restaurant). Would recommend to anyone

A beautiful place; we sat both outside on the terrace in the cool alley and inside. Good food at a good price with good service. The lasagna is delicious. Definitely recommended.

We had a wonderful evening here; the service was extremely attentive and friendly. The food was delicious. Our only reservation is our suspicion that the seasoning contains MSG or yeast extract, which we unfortunately don't tolerate well. Otherwise, we highly recommend it!

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Hostaria Il Sacco Fiorentino. The food was phenomenal, every dish was incredibly delicious and prepared with so much passion and quality. The service was an absolute dream, and the owner together with the whole team made us feel truly welcome from the very first moment. What we especially appreciated was how incredibly dog-friendly the restaurant is. Our dog was warmly welcomed as well, which made the entire evening even more special for us. Thank you for this wonderful experience,we will definitely come back next time we are in Volterra! Highly recommended!

A pleasant place with a good atmosphere. Friendly service. The food is top-notch. The ragu I had was delicious and, I think, true to its name – just like Mom's. I highly recommend it.

10/04/2026: Simply fantastic! If you're unsure what to order, definitely ask for a recommendation. We had number 18 and number 7, and we highly recommend them both! This restaurant is truly excellent. I'd come back just for the service alone; they were incredibly attentive. The prices are also very reasonable.
10/04/2026: The excellent Tuscan food, from Ribollita to Pappa col Pomodoro and the tasty Crostini, I would return
