It's hard to find a pizza like this in Pisa. The dough is truly excellent, cooked and topped perfectly. To top it all off, the staff is super friendly and attentive, and the price is absolutely right for the quality of the food. It's always a regular stop for us.

A simple and spartan place, but that's irrelevant as the pizza is perhaps the best in Pisa and the surrounding area, and the service is very friendly and pleasant—in fact, this enhances the qualities just described! First time at Zero Zero, amazing pizza!
I followed the pizza chef's advice and opted for the multigrain dough, and I have to say it was worth it. The staff was very friendly and courteous, I highly recommend it.

There are many ways to understand pizza. For me, there's only one, unequivocal one. Neapolitan pizza, with its own specific rules. A wood-fired oven, a certain type of dough and leavening, the use of fiordilatte or buffalo mozzarella. There are pizzas cooked in an electric oven, the very soft ones from Spontini that are unorthodox but delicious, the very thin Roman ones sliced by the slice, those unmolded by the excellent Egyptian pizza makers, with the specific weight of plutonium and ideal in the calzone shape, perhaps a legacy of the knickerbockers. When tasting this pizza, it's unclear where it's going. It seems that with some bites, it wants to be crispy and Tuscan, and with others, it wants to be more yielding. It seems to be having a bit of an identity crisis. Perhaps it's tending to assume that of its cosmopolitan clientele. I saw one with anchovy filling that was astonished, one with a Cheshire cat that disappeared, and one so thin it was almost transparent. All in all, an experience worth having. As amazing as a giant mushroom.
