20/08/2026: We chose Erbaluigia for the lunch that would kick off our vacation, and we can honestly say we couldn't have started better! ✨ A very welcoming, spacious, and well-maintained environment. Despite the heat, the outdoor dining area, surrounded by greenery, gave us a delightful feeling of freshness and tranquility. We chose a terrine tasting, which was a real discovery for us: it was the first time we'd tasted this type of dish, and we were pleasantly surprised—each one was more flavorful and unique than the last. This was followed by two truly intriguing first courses, accompanied by a good wine, and to finish, a dessert pairing of two Sauternes, which rounded out the lunch in a truly delightful way. We were delighted with every aspect: from the ambiance to the staff, to the culinary offerings and the attention to detail throughout the experience. A great way to start our vacation. We highly recommend Erbaluigia to anyone looking for a refined, enjoyable, and surprising gastronomic experience. 🥂✨

Last night, the tagliolini with clams and the raw fish tartare, accompanied by a good glass of wine, made the long walk worth it. The bread is homemade ;)! 01/06/2026: Terrible service!!!!!! 98 euros for a Florentine steak, we had a little less than half left, so we asked to take it away. Once at the checkout, we were told, "We're sorry, it was thrown away. If it had been for a dog, we would have taken it from the bin, but we don't think so." What a waste.....congratulations.
