12/08/2025: Good compromise, many times the air circulates little and the situation is hot

10/08/2025: A good restaurant from the same chain, younger than others I've visited, with friendly and fast staff, good food quality, and a clean place. It's a shame about the shopping center it's located in, as it's relegated them to a corner, penalized by the supermarket, which is closed on alternate Sundays and, when it is open, closes at 9 p.m., forcing the restaurant to welcome customers through a service door that's not very visible. Add to that the fact that the building is located in the countryside and in an industrial area... well, it's not an inviting thing.

10/07/2025: It's a sure thing! I've been ordering takeout for years, and I can say it's excellent value: cheap and very good. If you eat in, there are only a few tables and an intimate atmosphere with oriental music playing in the background, perfect for a cheap, traditional dinner in a relaxed atmosphere.

The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable, always ready to explain each preparation and offer professional advice. 15/07/2025: I‘m known for long and detailed reviews. I‘m known for drifting off when reviewing an establishment. I‘m known for philosophical deep dives ingrained in my reviews. I‘m giving my readers a break. I‘m not saying anything about this place, besides leaving 5*, posting a picture and few words on one single item I had as Dolci. It doesn‘t look like one, but depicted you find a Tiramisu. It was different from most in the sense that it was more fluid, and you didn‘t need to cough as there wasn‘t any cacao powder on top. It might have been my favorite Tiramisu in 31 years (that‘s a bit exaggerated) of breathing Tiramisus. No more comment.

The cuisine is a perfect balance between simplicity and variety: each proposal on the menu reflects tradition, but with a personal touch that makes it unique. The dishes are prepared with fresh and seasonal ingredients, sourced from the area, and you can feel all the quality and love with which they are selected and cooked. Another strong point is the excellent wine cellar: a careful selection that enhances the local labels and perfectly accompanies each course, enhancing their flavors. "Ova e Farina" is the ideal place for those looking for authenticity, warmth and good food. I will definitely be back!

29/07/2025: I often go to this bar for a break or to do some light work on my computer. What can I say? Everything is perfect: the area is super quiet and just a stone's throw from the city center; the service is excellent, very friendly and attentive; and finally, the quality of the food and drinks is excellent (I recommend the ice cream, delicious!). In short, an oasis of tranquility in the center of Pisa, where you can relax but also find the right concentration for work. Highly recommended!

05/08/2025: A restaurant worthy of the beauty and history of Vicopisano. The menu is traditional Tuscan, but with some reinterpretations that demonstrate the chef's skill in pairing ingredients. I recommend the meats and the Maremma carbonara, proudly claimed as the mother of the Roman carbonara. Try it and believe it.
