25/07/2025: A fantastic find in a very nice Tuscan village. This lovely restaurant has the option to eat inside or outside. The staff were great and the food was incredible. A very friendly place to enjoy some superb local dishes. At the weekend there is also the option of Pizzas. We ate there three times over our stay and will definitely be going back again. Returned again 25/7/25. Another lovely meal in such a friendly restaurant. Food as always was fantastic and the staff were as great as usual. A party event was happening in the village square and the whole atmosphere was very inclusive. We look forward to returning at the end of August.

28/06/2025: Very beautiful artistic location. A warm welcome and friendly service. The food was simply delicious. Powerful in its simplicity and use of top products. A very nice and unforgettable end to our holiday.

17/08/2025: A small restaurant located in an area where there are no other nearby restaurants, which is a blessing for them, but also a sign of entrepreneurial savvy. The atmosphere is decent, the food and pizzas are average but nothing special. The cecina, however, is best avoided; it's too oily and too thin, making it difficult to digest. The portions are a bit small for the prices, which are overall a bit high.

15/08/2025: Me and my husband love Pablos! It definitely one of our top choices for a date night or cheat meal on our diet. We have eaten in and collected and the food never disappoints. All of the staff are so kind, caring and welcoming. We always see a smile on their faces when we are there or walk in. All of the food is to die for! We have tried pretty much everything off their menu at this point.

22/07/2025: The pizza is good, and so is the cecina. I tried the gourmet pizza, not the classic one. I didn't find it elegant that the menu specified a minimum spend of €15 on weekends. It's offensive; I'd recommend removing it.

10/05/2025: All very good. Food made with care and love. The environment is very nice and beautiful and the service very good indeed. We had a very good time. We took the recommended dishes and they were really very good.

20/04/2025: Congusto Restaurant is always a certainty! We also chose it today for Easter: a very pleasant confirmation in the refined research of the dishes, the attention to detail and the courtesy of the staff.

12/08/2025: Delicious food and incredibly friendly staff. We chose the lasagna, pizza, tagliolino, and ravioli. Highly recommended. Reservations are recommended; it's incredibly popular :). We'll definitely be back!

09/08/2025: I came to this restaurant for dinner with my girlfriend: When we arrived, they only had one table available on the terrace overlooking Lari, but the guy told us it was booked, but he was super helpful in moving us a table so we could have the best spot on the terrace, according to him. I was impressed; it was a Wednesday, and since I didn't book, I managed to dine even though the terrace was full, thanks to the super helpful waiter!!!! We had macaroni with ragù and finally a plate of pasta with authentic Pisan ragù!!!! Exceptional service and food, too. Very good, well-made pizza with plenty of toppings. I recommend it for a quiet dinner. Well done to all the staff!! We'll definitely be back. P.S.: I'm a restaurateur, and I congratulate the guys who came to introduce themselves. Thanks Raffaele and Federica, keep it up!!!!!

17/08/2025: A really nice, trendy place for a good lunch. Good wine selection in beautiful glasses and a good menu that you can read on a blackboard. Friendly service, and they also have a tasty Italian beer on the menu.

16/08/2025: In a picturesque village, on a small square, you can enjoy a delicious meal here. Reservations are required. For those with a slightly larger appetite, a main course alone isn't enough, but the starter/main/dessert combination is certainly sufficient. Friendly, efficient service and a good wine list!

16/06/2025: The Le Scuderie restaurant was a real highlight of our stay! From the moment you enter, you sense the special atmosphere – stylish, charming, and yet pleasantly relaxed. The service was exceptionally warm and attentive, without being intrusive. You immediately feel welcome and well looked after. The menu is a wonderful blend of traditional Italian dishes and creative modern interpretations. Each dish was exquisitely flavorful, prepared with fresh ingredients and meticulous attention to detail. If you value quality, atmosphere, and authentic cuisine, Le Scuderie is the place for you. We will definitely be back – we highly recommend it!

13/07/2025: Era tanto tempo che aspettavo di andare a provare la cucina dello chef Lucia. In una cornice favolosa abbiamo davvero apprezzato i piatti curati nei minimi particolari e davvero buonissimi. Servizio gentile e cordiale. Un posto dove tornerò sicuramente!

16/05/2025: Clean place and friendly staff. I took a kebab sandwich with chips and a drink, the meat was very good and plentiful, as were the rest of the condiments. The wait was almost non-existent, recommended!

13/07/2025: July 2024 Delicious pizza! The crust is beautifully soft and airy, the mixed fried appetizers are excellent, and the staff is very kind. Good prices (a mixed fried pizza, a Margherita with ham, a carbonara, a 1-liter bottle of water, a beer, for two people: €35) I returned here now in July 2025 (a year after the previous review) with my family and was very satisfied. The fried food is unique, the pizzas are delicious and generous, the crust is beautifully airy and stays soft even the next day 🥰
