A total experience. Impeccable location and service. Refined, beautiful and truly delicious dishes. I tried the stuffed mussels with tartare, the cecina and the spaghetti with monkfish and sea urchin pulp + their cake with bischeri. Everything Extraordinary. The selection of wines is also beautiful. I was having dinner with a vegan person and I would like to underline the team's super willingness to adjust and propose vegan options to the dishes offered on the menu. Courtesy and professionalism. Truly highly recommended for a super dinner. Perfect price. Well done!

We choose the restaurant for Easter and had a nice lunch. Having been courted for some time, we managed to go on this occasion together with a couple of friends and their two little girls. We had a great time. The food, although a little unusual, was very much appreciated even by the little ones. We tried different dishes: the cecina with pumpkin in saor, the pasta with peas, the risotto pasta as well as the second courses. The dessert was sublime. Congratulations also to all the staff for the welcome.

Excellent! Due to an unexpected event we arrived very late for dinner (9.50pm), despite this the staff was kind and friendly, they took the order and served us without any rush. The girl who looked after us was magnificent, super kind. As for food without words, delicious! Super recommended👍🏼

I was taken by a friend, the restaurant is intimate and well looked after. The service was of the highest level and very attentive, the girl who looked after us was very knowledgeable. The dishes served start from a base of popular cuisine and are then developed and taken to an extreme level in terms of taste and idea, with great care also taken in the plating. Fair price if not even slightly low for the work that goes into it. A restaurant with a capital R, I will happily return when I return to Pisa.

Sorry to say that, but this restaurant seemed to be a joke for us. Got there for celebrating my partner’s 30’s birthday and the food was way below than should be for a “Michelin guide recommendation”. Sad. The staff was ok though…I think the attached photo speaks by itself..disappointing experience; our expectations were “high”-ed by the Michelin Guide maybe we should not trust it

Contemporary tavern with modern dishes from times gone by.

Tradition with creative nuances. The food is delicious from start to finish. The desserts you eat in this place have nothing to do with the usual things you find around. Super selected wine list. Attentive and pleasant service. Minimal but warm atmosphere. Time passes so harmoniously between courses and everything else that you almost forget to leave.

Nice idea, that being local and traditional cuisine in a fine dining experience. Service was good, menu was interesting and ambience/decor great. Unfortunately the calibre of the food itself was at best mediocre and at times poor. Elements of it were nicely done, but a lot of it was one or more of: overcooked, dry, over or under seasoned, or poorly prepared or flavour matched. To me it felt like someone had had a great idea, but forgot to focus on the most important aspect: an experienced and masterful kitchen team/chef. Maybe I got them on a bad day - and I hope I did - but for me, whilst it promised so much on the face of it, execution ultimately is/was fairly poor.

Cibo fresco e di alta qualità, Ambiente pulito e ricercato. I piatti sono molto equilibrati anche se particolarmente elaborati in modo non canonico rispetto alla comune cucina. Ogni sapore esplode di gusto. Il servizio impeccabile, il personale molto attento, disponibile e appassionato. Anche la cantina dei vini ha nomi ricercati e non comunemente riscontrabili in altre carte dei vini di altri locali. Da tornare a provare il resto del menù!

Great culinary experience. We went here to celebrate a special occasion and we were really pleased by the atmosphere and the food. We took a tasting menu with four courses, all typical Tuscan plates that were revisited. The tasting included a wide set of antipasti, a pasta plate, a second course, and dessert. We accompanied everything with some bubbles and wine, that the waiter let us choose by bringing different options to our table. Highly recommended.
