It's the De Beso bar, almost next door to the Parisien. The owner and the counter staff at this small bar with tables just outside were extremely kind and friendly; they truly deserve the best in their profession. I hope to return for a drink again.

16/05/2026: What a top-notch experience. So refined and delicious. Taste explosions. And delicious wine and super tasty. I would go to Pisa especially for it.

26/03/2026: A very interesting menu, a helpful and friendly host, and a kind host daughter. One star less for prices that are perhaps—at least for me—a bit too high, which puts me off going back. (Too much light for my style; I prefer softer lighting, but I must say the atmosphere is refined.)
