22/06/2025: Dined at this place twice during our visit and absolutely loved it. The food was authentic, only locals dined here and the couple that served was truly adorable. Our dog was welcome here as well and got lots of treats. Would love to try few more meals, but pretty sure that we will be back.

The wine was incredible, huge shelf to choose from, meat and cheese board was perfect Can add small sharing bites with crisps for €1 per person The staff were so lovely Located on a busy square full of restaurants and bars, perfect Pisa evening

14/06/2025: É la terza volta che ci vado e ogni volta usciamo molto soddisfatti. La cuoca giapponese cucina un ottimo ramen con ingredienti selezionati e continue varietà. Aperto solo la sera perché la preparazione del brodo richiede mezza giornata, pochi tavoli ed atmosfera raccolta. Il personale, molto gentile, spiega accuratamente i piatti e da buoni consigli. Locale piccolo e richiesto, si consiglia di prenotare con anticipo.

07/05/2025: Vengo da Perugia (3:30h) per godermi il ramen di questo fantastico locale. Dai japas, ai dolci, tutto il menú è piú che strepitoso. Odori e sapori autentici della cucina giapponese senza polverine magiche o solventi chimici: puro umami estratto da ingredienti di primissima qualità e composti in maniera eccelsa. Menzione d'onore agli olii e le componenti piccanti che veramente danno un bel calore al piatto senza trasformarsi in torture di capsaicina.

20/07/2025: Very kind, welcoming, and professional staff. Top-notch food and wine!!!! All the ingredients are high-quality and local, with prices in line with such excellent quality. To finish, we had fantastic desserts...we especially had the vin santo cream and the rice pastry...truly explosions of flavor!!!! There are no photos of the desserts because we were immediately captivated by the tasting and just enjoyed them!!! A charming inn located in a typical ancient Tuscan village that immediately inspires relaxation and tranquility...you can truly unwind from the chaos and stress of everyday life. Congratulations!!!! 30/06/2025: Nous avons séjourné à Borgo Faiani et avons découvert ce petit restaurant très typique, cuisine à vue à côté du bar, en fait c'est comme à la maison. Préparation journalière avec des produits frais, carte des mets et menu juste ce qu'il faut. Les plats sont de très bonne qualité et très bien cuisinés. En plus l'équipe est super sympa et nous avons bien rigolé durant notre soirée. Comme à la maison ! Prix très attractif et ça vaut le détour si vous êtes dans le coin.

10/07/2025: We booked for four people, but there were only two loungers per room at the pool. The kitchen facilities were the worst I've ever had in Italy. So, we had to do a big shopping trip, including a decent espresso maker, salt, pepper, oil, etc. When we asked if we could book additional loungers at the pool, we were told, "That's just the way it is."

03/07/2025: Nice place, with excellent services but cleanliness and rooms to be reviewed. Wonderful place where you can unplug and breathe a bit of peace and relaxation. Beautiful pool with sunbeds assigned based on the apartment number, so you can't go wrong. Very well stocked bar. Restaurant with excellent food, very good pizza, friendly and always helpful staff. The menu includes options for children and to our pleasant surprise a pasta for babies, which is prepared free of charge. As for the location, we are 25 minutes by car from the beach, but still easily reachable. Definitely an excellent location for bike rides or wine/oil tastings, which are promptly suggested by the reception. Having traveled with a small child, we did not have the pleasure of going into the excursions in depth. Unfortunately we come to the sore point of this resort, namely the apartment and the cleanliness. The website describes it as rustic Tuscan style, but we only found an old and poorly maintained house. I am very sorry to have to add a negative comment to the place, because in general we had a great time and it was a great week of vacation, but the cleanliness was very poor! Cobwebs under the chairs, hair on the sheets and in the bathroom, dusty and dirty floors (my daughter who started crawling, time to unpack the suitcases, we found her with black knees, hands and feet!!!), kitchen tiles all greasy, oven unusable, dirty tables, some dead ants in the child's bed (perhaps "acceptable" being in the countryside). Chest of drawers with a drawer with only one handle, so that was unusable, since it was very large and heavy and two were needed to open it smoothly. The drawers of the bedside tables smelled strongly of old/humidity so unusable. I strongly recommend equipping all apartments with mosquito nets, especially since it is a place in the middle of greenery and nature, due to the insects and mosquitoes constantly present. I must say that after I complained, the reception took care of providing us with mosquito nets by the meter the next day, that we could cut and attach as needed, and mosquito-repellent stoves. I conclude by saying that there will probably be some apartments that are newer and better kept than ours, I'm not sure, but the advice is definitely to improve the quality of cleaning because the services and everything else are really worth it.

28/07/2025: Welcoming atmosphere and quick service, we had an excellent appetizer and a super fish pan 🐟 delicious and plentiful, there were 6 of us. We'll be back. I recommend it.

25/07/2025: My husband and I had lunch for the first time, and it will certainly be our last. The slow service was shameful to say the least: 45 minutes for a mixed salad and a full hour and 25 minutes for seared tuna with salad. The only positive note was a waitress with short black hair who was very busy, unlike her blonde colleague who was incredibly slow. A sloth looked like it was racing in a Formula 1 car in comparison. But the worst came with my husband's dish: he ordered a set menu, and the main course, porchetta with a sauce that tasted like fish, was inedible. He actually threw up completely.

01/07/2025: Good pizza but maybe a little too expensive for the place we ate in a parking lot basically... A coffee 2 euros a beer because double malt 5 euros seems a little too much for the service and the location

10/06/2025: A place a little out of the way from the center of the Pisan coast, a wonderful discovery. Impeccable inside. Excellent service, quality and quantity in relation to the price, however in the average of the area. Fresh fish of excellent quality. A point of reference. I will definitely return.

25/05/2025: Ho trovato un locale molto bello e curato, estremamente cortese il personale di sala, attento e punuale, pronto ad illustrare i piatti a disaposizione e a consigliarti per il meglio, solo per un cameriere così vale la pena tornarci altre volte

08/07/2025: The atmosphere is typically non-touristy, and the menu is quite limited, but fresh and tasty. The older lady serving is very friendly, and although she only speaks Italian, you'll manage somehow ;)

16/03/2025: I had graduation dinner with my friends. The food was very good, the starters were really plentiful and varied, and the first courses especially the lasagna, delicious. Their sangria is also very good. The intimate and welcoming environment, there were 11 of us but it can accommodate many more people, and you have the entire room at your disposal. Finally the lady who served us from start to finish, very nice. Very good value for money, I really recommend this place for events such as graduations, birthdays or other events.

19/08/2025: It used to be a party bar, but lately it was run by some truly horrifying people. They were heavily tattooed, definitely high on heavy drugs, and they'd stare at you blankly while you waited there to order even just a coffee. Well, after two years I returned, and I have to say it's changed radically. In a positive way. Nice atmosphere, with staff at the counter finally worthy of being behind a bar. And a welcoming place for dinners and aperitifs, with outdoor space.

15/08/2025: I was there about half an hour ago, and I ordered a Pina Spritz. The girl there used way too much strawberry syrup. When I pointed this out, she said "impossible." Literally, only the syrup reached the glass line. She forgot to add some ingredients, either out of inexperience (in fact, she was reading while making the cocktail). The prosecco was decidedly low-quality. Never again.

10/08/2025: You have to stop here. The food is fantastic. The dishes are a true feast for the senses. Perfectly seasoned and prepared.

13/07/2025: A cozy self-service pub. The home-brewed beer is excellent; the India Pale Ale called Wombat is especially recommended.

10/07/2025: Excellent burgers in the center of Pisa. Let's start with the menu: there are all sorts of options, from vegan and dairy-free to meat burgers and a few fish options. The menu changes occasionally, but the quality and deliciousness remain the same. The beers are also excellent, craft, and there's something for everyone. In addition to the classics, some are seasonal. My recommendation is Gorgona. The place is charming, nestled between two of Pisa's main squares, and the service is excellent.

01/08/2025: A great restaurant, we had different pasta’s and meat with the house wine. I would recommend to go here for a calm and nice dinner with a great view and also great service!
