We went to Don Beta to celebrate a birthday in Volterra: an authentic atmosphere and excellent Tuscan cuisine. The pici cacio e pepe were excellent, and the lampredotto was truly exquisite. We recommend it to our guests and travelers visiting Volterra and Tuscany.

We went thanks to a recommendation from the hotel receptionist. A restaurant run by locals from Volterra with exquisite Tuscan food. The staff were very friendly and attentive to us, even though the place was full. Highly recommended.

Young, fast, and friendly waiters.
The appetizer was tasty and generous, and both the wild boar and peposo were excellent, paired with a good red wine.
