Came here to say the place is great, the food is awesome (best pasta we had in Pisa) and the service is nice and welcoming. To be honest, we wondered if the bad reviews aren’t coming from the unhappy competition, as our experience was very very good. So go there, try it and decide for yourselves, but in my opinion it is far from a tourist trap and totally worth it. Loved it and will definitely go back again.

Maximum €10 for a plate of pasta. Giant tiramisu €5. Half a liter of wine 🍷 (very good 👍) €6. Limoncello €3 (also very large).

I ate at La Ghiotteria and was truly impressed. Finding a place like this right in the city center is rare: the pasta dishes are reasonably priced and the quality is above average. The portions are truly generous, perfect for those who want to leave the restaurant full and satisfied! Furthermore, the cleanliness is excellent, and the atmosphere is refined and very welcoming. It's located halfway between the Leaning Tower and the station, making it the ideal stop for those visiting the city. Special praise goes to the staff: they're extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and always smiling, ready to offer the best advice. Highly recommended if you're looking for substance, courtesy, and affordable prices in Pisa. I'll definitely be back!
