Sono stato a cena all’osteria micheletti ed è stata una piacevole esperienza. Come anticipato abbiamo preso l’uovo poche al tartufo dal gusto molto delicato accompagnato da una spuma al pecorino. Di primo abbiamo preso le pappardelle ripiene alla pasta e patate con brodo dashi al parmigiano e in conclusione un ottimo dolce fatto in casa. Servizio di livello e molto preparati sulla scelda dei vini essendo il cameriere un sommelier. Prezzo allieanto alla tipologia di cucina offerta. Ci torneremo sicuramente!!

I piatti sono ben realizzati. La scelta è limitata e meriterebbe qualche portata in più. I vini hanno ricarichi contenuti e la carta ha una buona scelta.

Davvero un luogo meraviglioso. Piatti eccellenti e cortesia di parecchio sopra la media. Ritorneremo senza ogni dubbio.

Few tables, very intimate and engaging, I would say familiar due to the warmth with which we were welcomed despite not being regular customers. Competent, friendly and extremely helpful dining room staff are available to fulfill the customer's every wish. In the end, chatting after dinner, we also discovered that we had friends in common! Excellent wine list (even if a little chaotic in the display) with bottles you don't expect, such as those coming from Val d'Aosta: we have in fact chosen an excellent Torrette to accompany our dinner, and to accompany the dessert there is An exceptional Aleatico from Elba was proposed. Wonderful dishes, prepared with care and passion by the young chef: from appetizer to dessert it was a continuous discovery of flavours. Good boy! Average bill, given the quality of what was served to us. The discount from the "cleaning premium" was appreciated. We will definitely be back! Congratulations to all the staff.

Ormai quando vogliamo mangiare su Pisa ci affidiamo a Micheletti! Ogni piatto è curato in tutto, la qualità è ottima come ottima è la scelta dei vini che il mitico Stefano non mancherà di presentarvi. Il posto è ideale sia per la coppia che per la famiglia o anche una cena di lavoro. Consigliatissimo!!
