03/01/2026: Very good restaurant, the food was excellent. I am vegetarian and, although I was in an organized group and I had not announced this in advance, the staff was very kind and prepared a special menu for me. In addition, there are two very nice dogs, Bruno and Alice, who make the atmosphere even more pleasant. I really appreciated the attention and care towards the customer. I highly recommend!

03/01/2026: Excellent venue, the rooms are spacious and very clean with impeccable service. The staff is courteous and efficient. We were there for New Year's Eve and also enjoyed the New Year's Eve dinner: both the food and the service were excellent. I had also eaten there on another occasion, à la carte, and I had a great time. I was truly satisfied. I highly recommend this venue.

02/01/2026: Well-run hotel, friendly and helpful. We spent New Year's Eve with other couples of friends. I am reluctant to write an unsatisfactory review, only 3 stars, because on the afternoon of the 31st, when we arrived in the room, it was 13 degrees Celsius, even though we had booked two weeks in advance and were therefore aware of our arrival. I think and believe it is unacceptable to provide a room with 13 degrees Celsius on December 31st, especially when several staff members informed us of the discomfort of the premium room, blaming the exposure of the external walls. The minibar was included in the service, but not in the room, and the bathroom drain did not work. However, we appreciated the willingness to remedy the situation by changing the room, which we did not accept simply because the room available was very small and smelled of sewage and musty air. That said, I believe it is essential to offer excellent service, since the final price did not undergo any change, despite the booking having been made two weeks in advance. The final sore point was the dinner menu on the 31st, which unfortunately was disappointing.

10/01/2026: We had lunch at Sementis for the first time and had high expectations. Unfortunately, I have to admit that I expected much better in some respects: the sweet and sour appetizer can't be worth €15-16, and on my plate I found 4-5 pieces of raw pumpkin and a few sprigs of broccoli; the same goes for the hazelnut parfait, which was certainly not bad, but the hazelnut didn't arrive. As for the other dishes, they were good but nothing exceptional. What a shame!!!

Located on a panoramic hill just a minute from the center of Capezzano Pianore, in summer you can fully enjoy the garden surrounded by nature. The food and service are top-notch, and the owner makes you feel at home. There's nothing better in the area.

There were many courses featuring typical local dishes. We arrived for dinner on Saturday evening without a reservation, but the very kind staff found us a table anyway. The dishes we tried were all excellent, from the divine pici all'aglione to the tender and flavorful pork ribs, even the vegetable flan, pumpkin risotto, and cauliflower cooked three times. We also celebrated a baptism here and were warmly welcomed by the owner and the wait staff, who were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional, contributing to a serene and festive atmosphere. The atmosphere is beautiful, intimate, and unique, the staff and owner are attentive and friendly, and above all, the quality of the food is superb. The wine selection is excellent, with a truly excellent quality-price ratio. In short, not a single flaw.

24/11/2025: The hotel is simple but well-equipped, featuring a swimming pool surrounded by greenery. As for the food, you couldn't find a better choice: the breakfast buffet is extensive, and especially lunch and dinner are simply phenomenal. Add to this the remarkable kindness of the staff, and it goes without saying that your stay at this hotel will be a wonderful experience.

The staff is attentive and friendly, ready to fulfill any wish. The food is truly exquisite, top-quality, expertly prepared. The wines are truly excellent, as is the bill. Try it and let me know.
