04/11/2025: Discovered during Lucca Comics and Games, it was a lifesaver. They had Tuscan focaccia available in various flavors, a few combinations with drinks, and specials for the following days (from the third day of the fair onward, unfortunately I didn't have time to try them). Everything was delicious, and the place and the restrooms were very tidy and clean.

A very warm and welcoming rustic location. Friendly staff.
They welcomed us with bruschetta with wild tomatoes. We ordered/ate: very good appetizers (farmer's cheese, pickles, olives, cold cuts, cheeses, flan and panzanella/fried coccoli) and a truly fragrant, flavorful, and well-topped pizza.
All accompanied by beer (carafe/artisanal bottles), water, coffee, limoncello/amaro, also offered by the staff.
A truly wonderful discovery. Excellent value.
We will definitely be back to try the main courses.
Reservations recommended.
22/12/2025: The location is really lovely and charming. I only had takeout pizza, which was good and had a wide variety of ingredients. The staff, all of them, were kind and helpful. I made a reservation, and they were very punctual and attentive.

Even thought it was a rainy cold day, Julia made us feel right at home with the wine tasting and meet/cheese tray. it is a rather small vineyard, but that is exactly what we were looking for. Exceed all expectations and would highly recommend.

09/02/2026: Thanks to a last-minute reservation, I was able to have lunch at this trattoria.
The food is fresh and imaginatively prepared, so the dishes are delicious and... plentiful. Ten appetizers, two first courses, a fried dish, and portions of sweets and Vin Santo for €45 per person, including wine and drinks, isn't something everyone gets in Viareggio.
The staff is smiling and courteous, and the atmosphere is pleasant.
It's an "old Viareggio" trattoria, with lots of options, lots of tables, and a bit of a squeeze. But it's a worthwhile place. I'd gladly return, too bad there's a waiting list of over a year!

25/02/2026: A fantastic experience! This butcher shop and restaurant is a real gem: the atmosphere is small and intimate, perfect for enjoying a special evening. The staff is super friendly and makes you feel right at home. The appetizers are delicious, but the Fiorentina steak is the real highlight: top-quality meat cooked to perfection. Everything was wonderful, we'll definitely be back!

Delicious dishes, light and well-balanced in flavor.
Simple decor but well-designed, with attention to detail. No tablecloths (which would waste water and energy) but rather hard placemats that clean quickly.

I was impressed by the quality of the dishes. The healthy, informal atmosphere, with wooden beamed ceilings, gives it a homey feel. The staff are friendly and willing to adapt dishes to the customer's needs, even for unusual requests (with prior notice). The desserts are inexplicable; try them. I also appreciated the care and attention they put into composing the dishes to ensure they combine flavor with the right balance of nutrients. I left feeling full but not "heavy."

14/02/2026: We went for Valentine's Day in February 2026. The dishes were excellent, delicious, and plentiful. We thoroughly enjoyed the tasty lunch and the excellent service. They even kept our leftovers warm for us to take home, complete with cutlery and everything else we needed. If you're in the area, it's definitely worth stopping by.

16/02/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, and it was a wonderful surprise. The restaurant has a fantastic panoramic terrace, and the food is truly excellent. They also have vegan and vegetarian options, which isn't a given given the location. Dogs are welcome and welcome. Their restaurant's motto is very charming; I highly recommend it.

06/11/2025: The only downside: we'll have to wait until March 2026 for this extraordinary laboratory to reopen. Here, gelato is a true sensory experience: it's ice-free, water-free, and never overly sweet. All you can taste is the full, authentic flavor of the ingredients, crafted with passion and artisanal precision.
The master gelato maker is a pleasure to watch at work when you need him. The line is constant, but that's part of the charm: people wait because they know they're about to taste something unique. Absolute excellence.

22/02/2026: We had a wonderful time; everything was perfect from start to finish. While we waited for our dishes, we were served freshly made focaccia, delicious! The appetizers were delicious; we had meatballs and polenta with wild boar ragù. Next up was risotto and pork cheek, mouth-watering. The desserts did justice to the entire dinner; the delicious chocolate cake. The staff was kind, welcoming, and friendly. We also liked the location of our table; it was secluded and created a warm atmosphere. Bravo!

The focaccia they make is world-class, as are the meat and other dishes.

06/02/2026: Neapolitan pizza through and through! Flavorful, with a plump crust and beautifully topped. If you want to finish on a high note, I recommend the babà or the divine lemon delight.
