10/05/2025: My wife and I did this wine tour on our honeymoon, and it turned out to be one of the best experiences so far. Everything was on time and well-organized. We tasted five wines made right there on the property, plus the best olive oil we’ve ever had—we left with two jars. We started with a quick intro and a rosé, then sat down for the rest. Antonio brought over four more wines, and we paired them with a cheese tray—great combo. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with all our questions. The views on the drive were stunning. We also found out the owner has a restaurant in California, which we’re now planning to visit. Highly recommend—booked through Get Your Guide. Grazie Mille!

09/05/2025: We stopped by chance to do a wine tasting. Sara, the staff girl, was very kind and prepared. In addition to an accurate description of the wines tasted, we were also provided with a historical and geographical explanation of the territory and the estate. Advised!

La comida y el servicio aquí es fantástico y nuestro servidor no podría hacer lo suficiente por nosotros. Auténtica cocina con un toque moderno. Tuve uno de los mejores platos que he comido en Italia, y somos viajeros experimentados al país. Realmente se centran en el uso de productos de temporada.

11/05/2025: Different menu every month. Fusion cuisine but not too much, there is always a European touch. The waiter was kind and open to suggestions. We took the orange wine, it was explained to us in detail why it is made like this. The two of us spent 120, more for the wine, the rest of the prices are average. Advise :)

01/05/2025: We have already come to the gramophone a few times and each time it is as if it were the first. Thanks to the menu that changes every month but there is always something new to discover. The atmosphere in the room is sublime, always accompanied by excellent music and the cuisine always leaves us speechless. I highly recommend the restaurant for anyone who wants to enjoy a relaxing evening within the walls of Lucca.

29/11/2024: We had dinner in this bistro and were pleasantly surprised by the enveloping atmosphere created by Viola, the owner and fantastic cook, and Daniele, the great restaurant master... Florentine meatballs as per tradition and even better and inebriating Thai chicken, not easy to find in these areas... truly Neapolitan baba' in the end... all watered down with excellent pinot blanc and selected rum... to come back a thousand times!

04/05/2025: Had lunch today, started with the owner's usual great courtesy. Menu: unforgettable warm seafood salad, you could smell the sea! Continued with an extraordinary, for the quality of the raw material, cooking and presentation of the dish, mixed grilled seafood and vegetables! Excellent ! Green apple and Calvados sorbet to round off this gastronomic experience! The Prosecco recommended by the house is excellent! I will return as soon as possible! Congratulations to Vito and his mother, an excellent chef!

25/05/2025: Excellent Neapolitan pizza, comfortable environment, courteous and fast service. I will definitely return to eat a pizza from them.

24/05/2025: Excellent digestible pizza: Mediterranean with vegetables (zucchini, aubergines and peppers probably pre-cooked in a wood oven... as they used to do... good memories... nowadays almost no pizzeria does it anymore)

19/05/2025: Recommended by the hotel where we were staying, we had dinner in this splendid place on Sunday 18 May! We opted for the tasting menu which included: Mixed appetizers of cold cuts and cheeses Two first courses Tasting of 4 wines Cantucci and vin santo! Beautiful place, generous portions, very high quality! The very good service, the typical Tuscan waiter who made us feel at home right away! 01/06/2025: A very small, yet very nice restaurant that is definitely worth a visit. They offer the typical Lucchese fair, but everything is very, very good!! I live in the Lucca area and I will definitely return!!

Despite the tourist crowds, which are quite normal for this magnificent city of Lucca...very kind and attentive welcome...perfect cuisine... Affordable prices... For lovers of Lucca and especially of the sublime Ilaria (eternally asleep in the Duomo San Martino...)...you can settle in...
