23/10/2025: Elegant and modern restaurant located inside the Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte. Stunning location, double Michelin-starred chef. I had the pleasure of meeting him, and I must say he's extremely friendly and personable. The food is of the highest quality and impeccably prepared. The menu is varied, offering both fish and meat dishes. The staff is courteous and attentive, but never intrusive.

The place is wonderful, 5/5, but the fondue definitely needs improvement!
Extremely disappointed; it's runny goat cheese, and the fried polenta was dry.
It's not fondue.
The meat is okay.
The staff is very welcoming.

15/11/2025: The staff was very friendly and professional, from booking to welcoming and serving guests during the meal. The stay was very pleasant. I was also pleasantly surprised by the complimentary room upgrade upon check-in. I really appreciated this level of customer service.
13/11/2025: Excellent services, very pleasant bikes, really useful padel and tennis courts. A varied and high-quality breakfast, both sweet and savory, was particularly appreciated.
Pleasant wellness area.
To be picky, the dinner restaurant could be improved for its value, but everything was very much appreciated.

14/12/2025: The pizza is excellent, but unfortunately, when I got home, I had to wash all my clothes because they were impregnated with a very strong food smell. It's a shame because the pizza is good.

20/09/2025: Very friendly service. Excellent selection of local wines at good prices. I had a calice of local viognier for €4. Very tasty food, freshly prepared. Some of the other places to eat seemed a bit touristy - this place was full of Italians, definitely choose here if you are in Montecarlo.

08/12/2025: We booked on the day of the Immaculate Conception just by chance with the desire to taste Tuscan cuisine before returning to Turin, and well what can I say I ordered the tortelli with ragù sauce and honestly they were delicious an exceptional sauce... then the famous Florentine steak which in my life I have never eaten so good... congratulations everything very good 5 stars and more

I had a prosciutto appetizer, pasta, and filet steak.
