16/11/2025: A wonderful trip out of town, and we were recommended this restaurant. It's top-quality and very reasonably priced. Delicate and flavorful meat, exceptional Bolgheri wine, exquisite crostini, and truly divine salt and olive oil gelato. The kindness and courtesy of the staff, including the owner, truly inspired me. We'll be back. Congratulations, keep up the good work.

29/11/2025: Everything was excellent, from the appetizers to the desserts. The flavors were very subtle, and each ingredient paired beautifully with the dish. The waiters were very courteous, and the service was quite fast. The restaurant is well-kept and welcoming.

27/11/2025: Expectations were very high given that it was always fully booked when they called for a table and given the reviews, but apart from the first courses, almost all of which were homemade pasta, such as tordelli, ravioli, tagliolini, etc., we didn't find the rest to be that exceptional, let's say average, but the prices are also average in Garfagnana. There are other places where you can eat better and spend less, and even the welcome and courtesy were not the best... long faces, perhaps they were annoyed because we arrived at 1:50 pm. They pointed out that we were late, when in the end it was they who were a bit slow in serving us. Let's just say that I wouldn't go back there for either the food or the service we received!

09/11/2025: Truly amazing! Everything was perfect. The first evening with the new menu, and it was perfect! All the dishes were so tasty and beautifully presented. The wine list was also excellent. The decor is cozy and inviting. The staff were incredibly friendly. Highly recommended!

03/11/2025: We went to Osteria Tosca and overall had a really good meal: the dishes were tasty and well-prepared. The tordelli were delicious, and the beef fillets, accompanied by excellent baked potatoes, were thoroughly enjoyed by everyone at the table. Unfortunately, the wait was a bit long: we had to wait about 30 minutes at the table before we could order, and there was also some confusion with the service, with the main courses arriving before the main courses. We were asked for dessert before the main courses were served. It must be said, however, that the quality of the food made up for our patience. Overall, we recommend Osteria Tosca to anyone who wants to experience authentic Tuscan cuisine, knowing that there may be a wait, but with the guarantee of good food.
