08/10/2025: I had lunch here at Oste di Lucca, served by Vincenzo. I enjoyed the tortelli with beef ragù, which were amazing, and they brought me some spectacular focaccia bread. I received a choreography on a plate, which is not easy to find even in Michelin-starred restaurants.

Nevertheless, the overall flavor is quite decent. Prices are great, compared to the rest of Italy. Good option for tourists who want a gentle introduction to Italian cuisine.

20/09/2025: The restaurant is very unassuming from the outside, but a big surprise inside! The two of us went there without a reservation and were warmly welcomed. A special table was set aside because everything was reserved. We started with bruschetta and bread, and it was delicious! We received friendly service and ordered bruschetta, two salads, two main courses (pizza & pasta), and two desserts! With two Cokes, two large waters, and two glasses of wine, we thought we'd get a large bill, but we were surprised, as we paid a good price for the €2 per person. The whole combination of old-fashioned and rustic with delicious food was perfect and was a real highlight! If you're in the area, come see for yourself; you won't regret it!

15/11/2025: The atmosphere is simple and typical of the area, welcoming and familiar. The service was quick and attentive, with very friendly staff. We ate really well, with generous portions and tasty dishes. If you're not a big eater, I recommend sharing a first course: the portions are so generous, you'll have a hard time finishing them. Excellent price. Highly recommended.

09/11/2025: What a discovery, folks! Came to eat on Sunday, November 9th with friends and family. Excellent food, from the generous appetizers to the first courses, main courses, and desserts. Homemade pasta, desserts too, and a wonderful atmosphere, surrounded by mountains and fresh, clean air. If you're coming from Lucca or the surrounding area, the view leading to Sandra's will take your breath away. Low prices compared to other places, and for a small fee, you'll eat well and leave feeling more than satisfied. Serena served us, always smiling and very friendly. I recommend booking well in advance as it's hard to find a table.

30/09/2025: A cool late summer evening. We dined outside under the olive trees. The setting was charming. Dishes were carefully prepared and cooked with extreme care. Quality ingredients, with some items always cooked over a wood fire. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The price was slightly above average, but considering everything, it was worth it.

19/10/2025: The most wonderful dining experience. The food, drinks and service were all perfection. So much so we visited two nights in a row, and I've never done that before! A must visit if in Viareggio.

03/11/2025: We went to Osteria Tosca and overall had a really good meal: the dishes were tasty and well-prepared. The tordelli were delicious, and the beef fillets, accompanied by excellent baked potatoes, were thoroughly enjoyed by everyone at the table. Unfortunately, the wait was a bit long: we had to wait about 30 minutes at the table before we could order, and there was also some confusion with the service, with the main courses arriving before the main courses. We were asked for dessert before the main courses were served. It must be said, however, that the quality of the food made up for our patience. Overall, we recommend Osteria Tosca to anyone who wants to experience authentic Tuscan cuisine, knowing that there may be a wait, but with the guarantee of good food.

31/10/2025: Warm welcome, attentive and friendly staff... simple, tasty dishes. On a day when chaos reigns supreme with the "Lucca Comics" festival, finding such a welcoming and well-organized place is a real pleasure. I'll gladly return.
