09/11/2025: New experience unlocked: eating badly in Italy, or rather in Tuscany! A mixed cheese platter that was anything but mixed. We certainly weren't expecting, in a region with such a wide variety of local products like this, four pieces of Parmesan and two of a banal supermarket cheese. We ordered gnocchi, and finished them. Then we ordered pasta with zucchini flowers and guanciale, but it tasted only of soffritto, curry, and stale guanciale oil... not a single zucchini flower was in it. I regret not having read the other reviews before. A real tourist trap. Ps. The water jugs were filthy!! 🤢

08/07/2025: Ottimi piatti in una splendida cornice sul porto, minicalamaretti fritti fantastici, alici aperte e fritte, tutto buonissimo con un finale meraviglioso..tramonto eccezionale!

24/06/2025: Accoglienza pessima, gestore arrogante e indisponente; differenza di atteggiamento palese con altri tavoli evidentemente più alto-spendenti. Onestamente mi chiedo come sia possibile trascorrere una serata rilassante e piacevole immersi in questo clima. Le Stesse scene le abbiamo osservate dalla pizzeria accanto la sera dopo (dove invece ci siamo sentiti accolti con grandi sorrisi). Qualità del cibo in linea col prezzo.

26/10/2025: The €10 first course was embarrassingly large, with 20 gnocchi, so much so that I could see the bottom of the mini box before I could even put my fork in. In an express delivery service with plastic cutlery and tables crammed together in a mall-like setting, asking for what they're asking for would require something different. Even if you order a second course, you have to ask for bread, and what they give you is a bite of bread in the form of a micro-sandwich. It's all designed to rip you off, but it doesn't manage to satisfy you as much as you hoped, nor does it certainly leave you satisfied. It's certainly not the first time I've been teased about the quantities at Guadagnoli's, especially for takeout, but too much is too much! I won't go into all the details, but one thing's for sure: I won't be returning.

24/10/2025: The fish isn't freshly caught, but the quality of the produce isn't bad overall. The prices are excellent. The service needs to improve, as they can't serve wine in glasses according to the customer's preference.

17/07/2025: We wanted to go back for pizza, knowing they make it well...unfortunately, the place is closed and in a semi-abandoned state, perhaps undergoing renovations or closed down. No sign. July 16, 2025

04/08/2025: One star is too generous. The ice cream was fine, nothing special – but the real issue is the man behind the counter. Extremely rude, dismissive, and downright unpleasant. He acts like serving customers is a burden. No manners, no basic courtesy, just constant complaining and condescension. A truly uncomfortable experience. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values decent service.

04/08/2025: Absolutely terrible service from the man behind the ice cream counter. He rolled his eyes and started scolding. The ice cream was decent, but I would by no means recommend visiting this place.

25/09/2025: Be warned, don't go here! We were looking for a restaurant and it was raining, so we quickly sat down (no one was there yet). I ordered a Coke Zero and my friend a Sprite. We got a children's Coke still and tonic water. The man immediately asked if we wanted fish and pasta, but I immediately asked for the menu. We got one, and while my friend was looking at it, I started reading the reviews. After that, we immediately asked for the bill and said we only wanted drinks. The man yelled at us that it wasn't a bar, but a restaurant. So we got up, went inside, and asked if we could pay. The man behind the bar also angrily said that it wasn't a bar, but a restaurant. We just paid €5 for drinks. Run away!

19/09/2025: No, no, no. Don't go. A total tourist trap. He serves whatever he wants. There's only fish (seems to be a scam: luring tourists with a colorful board with attractive prices and then ripping them off. First, he gave us two glasses of white wine and two starter plates without asking. Only reluctantly did he show us the menu. We ordered a mixed starter, ravioli, and swordfish. When he brought us pasta, which we definitely hadn't ordered, and I objected, he shouted at me. An Italian woman came to my aid. I paid for the starter, the water, and a glass of wine, and left. The Italian couple who helped me did too, by the way.

16/10/2024: che esperienza fantastica.... una delle migliori gastronomie che abbia mai assaggiato, esperienza perfetta sotto ogni fronte. Ci tornerò sicuramente

28/08/2024: Assolutamente imbarazzante.. forse dir poco! Vendita solo a porzioni (prezzi altamente esagerati) 50€ per 1 porzione e mezzo di pasta d’asporto (con un pomodoro che scioglierebbe anche gli scogli.. da quanto aspro e acido) , due vaschettine piccole di polpo e patate e due acque (le patate erano crude!!). 50€ di asporto freddo e pessimo!! personale al servizio clienti, completamente strafottente e non di aiuto. Nel complesso, uno dei peggior posti dove potersi fermare a Follonica per poter mangiare. Non lo consiglio assolutamente, anzi, se lo vedete, cambiate strada!

25/10/2025: Absolutely unsatisfactory, rooms haven't been painted in years, floors are spotless, the front door doesn't lock, spiders galore, taps encrusted with limescale, sadly, a below-zero rating...

05/09/2025: Dory is basic but good. The room was clean, the host very helpful. A very popular restaurant right next door. A very good supermarket 100m away & the beach just 5 minutes on a bike. Can't ask for more 😇🥰
