I migliori ristoranti in Firenze

29/03/2025: Se potessi dare zero stelle, lo farei. Avevo prenotato con uno sconto del 50% e un coupon da 20€, ma al mio arrivo ho scoperto che la mia prenotazione era stata arbitrariamente cancellata. Questo significa che non solo non ho potuto usufruire dello sconto che mi spettava, ma nemmeno pagare con carta tramite l'applicazione come previsto. Come se non bastasse, il piatto che avevo ordinato – il baccalà – non era nemmeno disponibile! Una cucina spoglia e deludente, con un'offerta ridicola e poco affidabile. Trovarsi in un ristorante senza che ci sia nemmeno ciò che si vuole ordinare è semplicemente assurdo e inaccettabile. Un comportamento del genere è assolutamente irrispettoso nei confronti dei clienti e dimostra una gestione scorretta e poco professionale. Chiunque prenoti qui rischia di trovarsi nella stessa situazione, trattato con superficialità e senza alcun riguardo. Sconsiglio vivamente questo posto, un'esperienza ripugnante sotto ogni punto di vista. Evitatelo!

26/12/2023: No restroom for customers. Pizza is a pile of grease. Shame for Italy. Go elsewhere. I would recommend McDonald’s over this place.

11/11/2023: È il ristorante di un albergo. Ci abbiamo passato una piacevolissima serata. Ottima cucina, che coniuga tradizione ed originalità, e servizio eccellente, assolutamente inappuntabile, professionale e cordiale allo stesso tempo. Vale assolutamente la visita anche per chi, come nel nostro caso, non fosse ospite dell'albergo.

21/08/2023: The restaurant is inside the Starhotels Tuscany hotel. Simple and nice, same place where you have breakfast. It is the second time I eat here and I come every month to stay in this hotel and I think it will be the last time I use the restaurant: exaggerated prices for the quality of the food and the service. I waited 20 minutes for someone to come and seat me; I order a simple Florentine steak with grilled vegetables, it arrives after 40 minutes (and there were only 4 of us at dinner) and it was hard to cut, certainly the wrong knives and/or part of the cut of meat with nerves, well I'll point it out but no one gave a damn. At the time of the bill they charged me 12 euros for grilled vegetables (4 raw slices together on the meat plate) and I had to specify that the meat was priced with potatoes included but I chose vegetables instead. The bill was kindly changed but a glass of grappa was 11 euros... if I knew I would have gone and bought the bottle at the supermarket next door. The service was unfortunately poor, the girl was very pretty for goodness sake, but she had no experience, for everything she was absent in the kitchen and was not in the dining room. I find it all a bit exaggerated and I'm sure I would have eaten out much better and received more attention than I would have paid for it.
