06/11/2025: A truly elegant tobacco shop. Very friendly staff. I'm especially impressed by their coffee cups with Florence on them. Gorgeous.

01/11/2025: It's excellent: fresh, high-quality pastries, delicious coffee, and a pleasant vintage atmosphere perfect for breakfast. Prices are high and the service is efficient, though not particularly friendly. There are a few tables inside and a small terrace. They specialize in biscuits: many varieties are available.

01/12/2025: The service is terrible; the skinny, black-haired waitress is very unpleasant to everyone. (Monday morning)

03/08/2025: If you charge 2.50 for croissants, at least make them decent. Luckily the flies were included in the price... Burnt croissants, from a few days ago, of questionable quality. The pistachio tastes like a sin. I don't recommend it, but since you have limited choice, maybe have breakfast before you arrive.

09/06/2025: Ristorante di sushi all you can eat situato nella zona universitaria di Novoli, facile da raggiungere, con posti a sedere sia fuori che dentro; ci siamo seduti dentro dal momento in cui era più fresco che fuori. Max 3 piatti a testa per ogni ordine al cameriere, cosa secondo me ottima che tutti i ristoranti di sushi all you can eat dovrebbero adottare perchè oltre a ridurre gli sprechi, ti permette di mangiare con più calma senza "strafogarti". Sushi ottimo, molta varietà a cena e piatti particolari, menù con all'interno immagini di ogni piatto e descrizione degli ingredienti utilizzati. Unica pecca per me, dovrebbero aggiungere dei numeri ai piatti per poter facilmente dire al cameriere quale piatto si vuole, poichè i nomi non sono così semplici da pronunciare. Prezzo nella media

04/10/2025: If you’re in a hurry, don’t go — the staff coordination inside is extremely chaotic. I ordered a large cappuccino, and it was the worst coffee I’ve ever had. The food was better.

20/10/2025: Excellent schiacciata with quality products. The staff is kind and professional. The option to enjoy their specialties while seated is an added bonus. The number 4 with prosciutto, mozzarella, and mayonnaise is delicious!

09/09/2025: A nice little cocktail on the terrace, which was fine for our activity. They gave us chips and peanuts, but I found the chips tasted bad. I don't know about the peanuts, I didn't try them. The Aperol was good.

14/08/2025: Charges you "by mistake" for extra drinks. Adds 10% to the bill (in addition to the cover charge, of course) for service without warning. I understand why he rushes at you with the credit card machine and doesn't give you time to reread the bill. Very expensive for what it is! In short, a great tourist trap in a good location.

02/11/2025: We were in line, already entering the small establishment, when, along with other customers, we were ushered out by all the employees. The reason given was a lack of space for the waitresses to move around. OK. But the way it was done was completely inappropriate.

19/10/2025: Terrible experience, never happened before, we were 3 adults and 1 child, we sat outside and ordered focaccia for 3 people (1 adult didn't want to eat) the rudest waitress I've ever met, she started saying that it couldn't be done and that everyone had to order... so a coffee was added... and you could see that she didn't like it... then when we ordered 2 bottles of water for drinks she started again with the story that everyone had to order... only 2 bottles weren't okay... at which point we got impatient and left, with that "nice" girl who told us..."I need the tables anyway"...! RUDE is an understatement, moreover it wasn't written anywhere that each person who sat down had to order a full meal! RUDE

18/11/2025: I asked for a cappuccino and a croissant. The cappuccino was 5 euros and it was giant. It wasn’t a normal cappuccino at all. It also wasn’t hot. She probably gave me it because I’m a tourist. I just wanted the regular size. I felt scammed.

12/10/2025: As most of the reviews say, the staff is friendly at first glance until you read the bill and see the average quality of the pastries, which are nevertheless very expensive. €7 for a cannolo that isn't filled, a large cappuccino automatically charged instead of a classic, etc. It's a shame. It's a shame that a charming establishment like this is used for this purpose...

01/12/2025: I ordered coffee and cannoli. Both were delicious. But the cannoli was completely empty.

16/11/2025: I am absolutely disgusted by the prices at this café. We stopped here for a quick takeaway order, simply grabbing two lattes (coffees with milk) and two small pastries. When it was time to pay, the bill came to €20! This is not a high-end restaurant; it's a casual café. Charging €20 for a simple takeaway order is nothing short of daylight robbery. It's clear they take advantage of their location next to the Cathedral to overcharge unsuspecting tourists. To make matters worse, just the day before, we visited another café on the very same street and paid significantly less for more items, including fresh orange juice and coffees. Do yourself a favor: AVOID THIS PLACE. Don't let the convenient location fool you. Walk 50 meters in any direction, and you will find an honest establishment that doesn't treat visitors like a walking wallet. This was a terrible and abusive experience.

15/12/2024: El trabajador deshonesto del sur de Asia que viene aquí en Italia para ganar dinero rápido. Compré 2 helados, el precio de la etiqueta es 3. 5 euros pero me cobran 14 euros, la mejor parte se da 50 euros y me devuelven 30 euros. Estafar a un hombre del sur de Asia sólo puede hacer un poco de dinero por deshonra, pero nada más. Sólo piensa que un patético tipo sin educación vino aquí en Florencia que engaña dinero de turistas en lugar de su propio país, realmente vergonzoso. KNN

10/10/2025: absolute scam, AVOID at all costs - I never normally rate things badly but this place was terrible!! I recommended to my family that we avoid it based on the reviews but my dad decided to try anyway. He asked repeatedly in both English and Italian for a small size gelato but they ignored him and gave him the largest possible size! then demanded he pay TWELVE EURO €12!!! for the gelato. The ice cream was very average and not even remotely worth that much money. Avoid, total tourist trap

09/10/2025: ATTENTION ATTENTION! A complete tourist trap!! Without shame, he shoves about a kilo of disgusting ice cream into my over-the-top giant cone and into my companion's cup. Unsuspectingly, we go to the cashier to pay, and suddenly it displays 30 euros. Refusing won't get me very far, since you're usually already sucking on the ice cream by the time you get to the cashier. That's the most radical 1-star review I've ever had to give! They should tear the place down and build a McDonald's instead.
